This movie tells a great story in an entertaining funny way. It's about the Continental Congress, a musical that feature John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin.

It's a great way to get interested in history, as it is fairly accurate and a lot of fun.

I've had the misfortune of working with a number of grads from Johnson & Whales in hotels. They don't understand things quickly, they feel that they have the educational background so they will automatically move up quickly. It's not Cornell. Yes, the Cornell people start as managers. J&W people don't move up because they can't even remember simple instructions in their non-supervisory roles. It's weak at best.

Culinary is a bit better, but nowhere near the quality of top schools like CIA, and you can get just as good people out of places like The French Culinary Institute in New York.

Wikipedia is a great starting point to finding information. One has to realize though that they cannot use it as a reference as not everything is accurate. You find information here quickly, and then if you like it you verify it somewhere else.

If used properly, Wikipedia is a great tool. If used improperly, you could make yourself look foolish.

The dining room service was horrific. They have the servers singing (completely out of tune) and dancing (some innapropriately), while 3/4 of the dining room have their food, and the other 1/4 is now waiting incredibly inpatiently for their food.

The woman at the deli sandwich station was handling lettuce without gloves and wearing nail polish.

We had a light out in the room, it took 3 days before anything was done about it.

Not a good experience.
