This is a fantastic company that's main focus is on the customer. A new service they offer, in some states, is scheduling their claims representative to make them available for quick response time. Claims have been settled in as little as 47-minutes. The customer service provided by Farmers is exceptional and the main goal of the entire company....

Insurance companies offer a service you hope you never have to utilize. However, when you do use them you want superior customer service and to be treated in a professional and courteous way. I have not had to file a claim with Progressive, but I have been required to have some dealings with customer service. The dealings I have had were superior. Late on a Saturday evening I needed to have proof of insurance faxed to my auto lienholder, I requested it on-line and expected to receive an e-mail confirmation sometime on Monday. Within 30-minutes I received a message from one of their Customer Serivce Associates telling my request was completed. Again, this was late on a Saturday evening. Very impressed, not planning on changing my insurance anytime in the near future....

The original CSI: sets the standard. Always has the best story and plot lines. Cast changes up to this point have not affected the interest, but beware when some of the current main characters don't come back in the next season....

Nice family film that holds the interest of all in the audience. Something the parents can appreciate, and the children will enjoy the storyline with the involvement of animals....

I have had my DirecTV for nearly 6-years. They are awesome!! Not only the customer service, but their website has far-exceeded any other websites for being user-friendly. You can do almost anything at all through the website.

AT&T was for the longest not one of my favorite companies, but now I was forced to use them for my ISP when they purchased SBC. I have been surprised! The few times I have had to call were relaxing and help build in me the fact that true customer service does exist. I plan on being with AT&T for quite some time....

I have had Sprint for the last 5-years. I have absolutely no plans on changing because the customer service I have received from them has been above all others. Friendly voices with helpful answers. Always quick to suggest the best options available to me....
