The service and commitment that I received was unquestionable.  I had to call back with a question on delivery and I think I spoke to one of the owners. :)  I ordered the Queen PacDown Plus, and it has been a tremendous help to my health and a great night's rest.</p><p>I was so excited that one of my friends came for a visit and she expressed that she had always wanted to try a memory foam bed.  So, because I've known her for over twenty years, I slept on the couch and three things happened:</p><ol><li>She loved it and brought herself a king size for her home!  (She has called to thank me at least 20 times!) :)</li><li>I appreciated my bed even more because it had been over a year since I had slept on anything...</li></ol>...
