I've had American Family for four years and have never had a problem with them. The rates are fair (a LOT lower than Geico, who I had before Am Family) and the claims process went smoothly the two times I had to use them (unfortunately). I never had contact with the agent, but his assistants are very professional and call to follow up on the claim. Thank you American Family Insurance!

I've had SBC yahoo DSL for about two years now. Lately, like in the past couple of months, it's taking for EVER to get connected. I'll walk away to do something else while it struggles to connect, and ten minutes later still nothing. I have to disconnect than try again, sometimes two or three times before it finally works. I'm a bit disappointed that I can get a faster connection through dial up. I hesitate to call customer support because I can't hear well over the phone and foreign accents are really hard for me to understand. If I knew of a better service, I would consider changing....

The Acer Aspire is my first laptop. I've had it for two months now with no technical problems. The glare on the screen is really bad, however. I can't use it in any well lighted place because I can only see my own reflection on the screen. I don't know if this is a product flaw or if all laptops are like this. If so, is there any solution? Also, the built in mouse is really, really touchy. The cursor jumps all over the place. Overall, however, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

We rented a convertible through Advantage. While standing in line, the guy in back of me was on the phone telling someone he didn't get the car he rented, so I was not feeling comfortable already. Sure enough, they did not have a convertible for us. The agent said they had a car with a sun roof, and we could call the next day to see if they had a convertible returned. We would be miles from any Advantage car rental, so calling would be useless. We took the car he offered, but it was a Suzuki something, with NO sunroof. More of an SUV than a convertible, and BLACK. It felt like we were driving a hearse. (Do they actually even carry convertibles in their fleet, or just pretend to?) We will never, ever rent from Advantage again. Huge disappointment. We're sticking with Enterprise from now on.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was huge and comfortable. The bathroom door, however, was very heavy and got in the way. My husband stubbed his toe twice trying to get out. The television was a big screen, but in an odd place, on the wall between the bed and the living room area. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Didn't get to use the pool because of inclement weather (yes, in Tempe!) but it looked really small. More like a wading pool than a swimming pool. The breakfast bar gave a variety of foods to choose from each day. Overall, if we have another opportunity to visit, we would choose this hotel again. The location is great, also. Right off the expressway and within walking distance of Arizona Mills Outlet Mall.
