robinrd61 says "It's okay, but not for me." about Bounce Dryer Bar

The new Bounce Dryer Bar seemed easy enough and was full of scent as we could smell it even before we opened the package. I read the directions and opened the bounce dryer bar and stuck it to the dryer wall as it said to. The first couple of weeks were fine, and it was great not having to remember to put a dryer sheet in every load of laundry I was putting in the dryer. The clothes did come out of the dryer static free and had a fresh scent and were sort of soft. After the first month of use the bounce dryer bar detatched it's self from my dryers' wall and was tumbling around with my clothes. I was not happy with this and felt that this caused a residue to be on some of my clothing. I was able to restick the bounce dryer bar to the dryer wall and it seemed to stay without any problems, so I am not sure why it came off. Also on the 5th week I noticed that when I dryed my towels they were not as soft as I liked, and that when they were wet after drying I did not like the smell of them. As......

robinrd61 says "I like the phone, but I will not suggest that anyone have AT&T " about Motorola - Razar Cell Phone

I own a motorola razar that I like rather well, I do not go for all the new bells and whistles, I just like a phone that works. I have had my razar for two years and have not had any problems with it, I tend to stay with brands I can count on, I cannot say the same for my wireless carrier, AT&T. I have had AT&T for 61/2 years and I went into one of their core stores the other day to change my phone plan, I signed in and had to stand and wait as there was not any place to sit. This probably would not have so bad, but I am disabled and have knee replacements in both my knees as well as other disabilities, and was made to stand waiting for over 40 minutes and then the employee that started to assisted the next person decided to pass me over twice. I decided that I had , had all I could take and demanded rather loudly to know why two people who came in after me were take before me? The employee said he didn't see my name, that was a lie since my name was printed larger thatn anyone elses on...
...

robinrd61 says "Don't eat at this restuarant , bad service bad food" about Golden Corral - Terre Haute, IN

While visiting my oldest son who lives in Terre Haute Indiana, where he also attends college, we decided to go get something to eat. My youngest son like to eat at buffetts as he can usually get his two favorite foods, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. So we decide on the Golden Corral, as we had ate there a few times before(my husband is from Terre Haute and so we visit family there). We arrived and as it was Father's Day they raised the prices to match a holiday occassion, or that was the reason the cashier gave my oldest son. I didn't really care and just paid and went on. Went went to our table, gave thanks and then proceeded to the buffett to get our food. My youngest was in luck as they had just brought out fresh mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy, so he loaded up and was off to the table. My oldest just decided he would have the grilled to order steaks, so he asked for a med-well, and received a med-rare, but ate it anyway, with some fresh rolls. I did not do...
...

robinrd61 says "They don't make them like they used to!" about Whirlpool Washing Machine

Recently my washing machine of 11 years went out (two weeks ago) It was a Sears Kenmore (or to those who know, a Whirlpool). So I found myself out shopping for a new washing machine at our local Sear Hardware and Appliance store. I like the Kenmaore brand since they are made for Sears by Whirlpool and my first one lasted 13 years and I had now had the one I was replacing for 11 years you might say I have had very good luck with this brand. I always purchase the heavy duty model, so that I can wash whatever I want to. I am a firm believer that if I have my own washer I should not have to go to the laundry mat for anything. Upon arriving at Sears I looked over the Kenmores they had to offer along with the Whirlpool brand names. I really did not like any of the ones they had, but was willing to settle for one that was on sale. The salesman told me it was a heavy duty as it did not state it on the machine, but he had a problem. The recent storm had taken out their computers and he could not...
...

robinrd61 says " Sears Master Card is not worth having interest rates too high" about Citi - Sears Master Card

Citi Bank Sears Master Card is one of the worst credit cards I ever had. The only one that can close to this is Chase. I always pay my bills on time or a week before they are due. I make at least the minimum payment or more and have never went over my credit limit, I have never come close to maxing out my credit limit on any credit card that I have ever had. When President Obama bailed out citi Bank and Chase Bank with our tax payer money (that we actually have to work for years to pay China back, as He borrowed it from them) the first thing they did to fix their financial situations was to start punishing their customers that were in excellent standing with them, by raising their interest rates astronomically. My Sears Master Card went from an interest rate of 10.24% to17.99 %, and this was how they were rewarding their customer of 21 years with an excellent payment history and good credit rating. I asked them to reconsider, by the way this new interest rate would be a variable and my...
...
