I was expecting jitters and sleepless nights so I only took a half of pill. But I noticed that half a pill did not make me jittery, only dry mouth. So I took a whole pill and I got a little boost from it but no other side affects except dry mouth. I dont have the urge yet to work out or to clean my house from top to bottom. My appetite is cut in half. Maybe even half of half, but I wish I had the urge to work out. It is cold right now and maybe that is why I do not have that urge but to me this pill has made me realize that I was an addict to food and it was controlling my whole thought process. I do not think about food as I did one week ago and with re-training my thought process I pray that I will no longer sneak and hide from my husband, eating foods that can potentially harm me in the long run. I weigh 200lbs and my goal is to lose 60lbs. Adipex has given me the start to a leaner and more beautiful woman not only on the inside but on the outside...</p>...
