rmcnamara says "Predictable, yet funny" about 27 Dresses

I watched 27 dresses on its premier night. No, I did not watch the preview and decide to run to the theatre early in expectation of an hour long line. I was actually heading out to be with friends and as a mother of a seven month old infant, I had left to leave the house without baby or husband for any fun activity. Back to the movie, it was a terribly predictable plot with a girl who loves a man who doesn't notice her but then falls in love with a beautiful, vain woman. The main character is crushed, but find herself drawn to a cynical/slight bad boy while they argue incessantly. My expectations of this movie were low, but I found myself chuckling at several parts. Notably a portion of the movie where the main character and her cynical bad boy become trashed and sing Joan and the Jetts to a bar full of cheering regulars.

I give it three stars for the comfort of an old plot line, but some original laughs which saves it from a one.
...

rmcnamara says "Fresh from the Dentist Clean" about Sonicare FlexCare 900 Series Electric Toothbrush

I recently received a sonicare elite toothbrush free because I am a member of Bzz and I love the toothbrush. What I love the best, is the clean feeling following brushing. Occasionally after eating candy or drinking soda I feel that a sticky coating forms on my teeth. To remove this sticky coating with a regular toothbrush is difficult and takes a long time. With the sonicare elite, it is removed immediately. In addition to this more periodic effect, I have noticed that when flossing my teeth are cleaner and bleed less. I am very happy with this product.I have owned a much older version of the sonicare toothbrush that I have some complaints about: the brush head was too large and six months after purchase the band around the top broke making the toothbrush unuseable. This model has improved both of these areas. The brush head now snaps on instead of screwing on. ...

rmcnamara says "Great for heating and resource, but needs frequent cleaning" about Munchkin Baby Bottle and Food Warmer Baby Bottle

I purchased the Munchkin bottle warmer because my father was going to be babysitting some nights. I didn't want him to worry about waiting for the bottle to heat up in water. The bottle warmer is useful for heating food and bottles. He said that it was easier than the warm water, but still checks the warmth of the milk against his wrist the old fashion way. Luckily or by design it hasn't made it too hot yet! My only complaint is the the warmer gets a sludgy brown gue below the tray that needs to be cleaned frequently. ...

rmcnamara says "Leaks a lot" about Luvs Diapers

I have tried numerous different brands of diapers. I was impressed with the Luvs price, but found it to be the diaper that leaked the most even compared with store brands. Unfortunately it was less likely to contain poops as well. I am much happier with pampers and huggies.
...
