Statnotes.net is a website that compiles notes for advanced undergraduate and graduate-level classes in mathematics, statistics, economics, and computer science. It also includes book reviews of advanced statistics books.

The notes are comprehensive and provide good study guides in areas that are more advanced (and therefore hard to find online). This is a very helpful resource for undergraduate majors and graduate students in mathematics, statistics, the sciences, and the social sciences.

I use the Dell Vostro 1500 laptop for everything from web surfing to running statistics programs (in R). It runs everything successfully, even when multiple people are logged in. The screen is large enough to read and the keyboard is easy to use.

It can be a bit hot; I recommend using a laptop cooler to keep your lap (and the computer) cool. Also, the hibernate and stand by functions can be a bit quirky - it take a few seconds and it will not complete if you close the lid of the laptop before it is done.
