It took three hours of indecipherable paperwork to do it all. I was told I would get the rebates and contracts in the mail. They never came. After months of fighting, I found out that I never was provided with the service contract on my refrigerator and I could not buy one now as it was 5 months past the date of purchase for this. A month later, my refrigerator broke down and it cost me $400 to fix.....all because the Home Depot messed up my order!... It does not name the streets and often takes you around in circles. If you want to use a certain road or circumvent a road, or are even in a jam and want a different route, this gps system will not provide it.
