      <description>As a buyer, Paypal is easy, affordable and safe.&#160; Buyers love paypal.&#160; As a seller, I have not had as positive of an experience.&#160; I got caught up in a dispute, so a hold was put on funds that I had already deducted.&#160; Then Ebay, which was an authorized charge, took out their user fees.&#160; Unfortunately the Paypal system is not set up to deduct only the authorized charge, and apparently none of their employees are smart enough to override it.&#160; Without my authorization, Paypal took over $200 from my bank account and could not quickly resolve the matter.... </description>
