http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/rhinobwest Fri, 16 Nov 2007 07:55:09 GMT Reviews by rhinobwest http://www.viewpoints.com/Pay-Pal-Online-review-2fd80 As a buyer, Paypal is easy, affordable and safe.  Buyers love paypal.  As a seller, I have not had as positive of an experience.  I got caught up in a dispute, so a hold was put on funds that I had already deducted.  Then Ebay, which was an authorized charge, took out their user fees.  Unfortunately the Paypal system is not set up to deduct only the authorized charge, and apparently none of their employees are smart enough to override it.  Without my authorization, Paypal took over $200 from my bank account and could not quickly resolve the matter....
