      <description>After suffering with (courtesy of Qwest, my landline provider) MSN, anything would've been an improvement, but Juno really does give me what I need and much of what I want at a decent price. I do wish I could ditch their homepage, but the two extra mouse clicks to close and reopen IE7 isn't exactly a major imposition. Not perfect, but very, very good and quite reliable.... </description>
