red5293 says "My puppy owes them his life" about All vets that work at this location - VCA - 82nd Street - Indianapolis, IN

I want to recomnend anyone to take their animal to the VCA vet clinic on 82nd and Michigan Street in Indianapolis. I rescued a shih tzu puppy last in the night before July 4th. I wasn't even thinking how hard it would be to find a vet open on the 4th that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg. When I called they said they were only open for emergencies but after telling them about my puppy they agreed to see him right away and gave him great care and didn't charge me the emergency visit charge just a regular vet visit charge. All the employees made a huge impact on my puppies life and made quite an impression on me. I cant thank them enough for what they did for him. By the way - he is doing great!...

red5293 says "Best show on tv" about Rescue Me

I love, love, love Resue Me. I started watching in the middle of second season and I was hooked. I was starting to get worried that it wasn't coming back for the 2008/2009 season because of the writers strike but leave it to them to come out with the mini episodes to keep me hooked until I can get my full hour fix. The story lines and plot twists are incredible and from someone who has family involved in the fire departments around the U.S. it really shows a lot of realistic things. If you haven't watched it - you have to give it a chance - you will be hooked....

red5293 says "Would buy them no matter what they cost" about Dansko - corinne

I am a nurse and bought my first pair of Dansko corinne off ebay just to try them. I now own every color that they make them in. They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever had on my feet. I was starting to develop planter fascitis but it has not been a problem since I started wearing the danskos. I dont think I will every buy any other brand of shoes. They are a little pricy - anywhere from 50 to 150 dollars but i think they are so worth the money. Nothing ruins your day faster than sore feet....

red5293 says "Keeps the puppy entertained for hours" about Kong Puppy Kong bone

I bought a Kong puppy bone (they come in pink or blue) for my new puppy and he loves it. There is a hole at each end of the bone shaped plastic where you can place either the Kong treat stuff or regular doggy treats. I use the regular treats that I have been using for training and give it to the puppy and he will work at getting those treats out as long as it takes. He even took it to bed with him the other night - how cute is that! Its a definite must for a new puppy owner- really gives them something positive to chew on instead of your shoes, tables - or whatever else they can get their paws on.
...

red5293 says "Best thing next to breathing" about Diet Coke

What can I say - Diet Coke is the ultimate drink. I have yet to have a bad diet coke. I live in Indiana and the best place to get a diet coke is at Rallys. It has the most refreshing bubbly taste - most places the fountain diet coke tastes a little watered down but not at Rallys. Steak and Shake is a close second....
