This one, on the other hand, reminded of what it was like to use Listerine. You can definitely feel the spearmint in there and it burns a little. It does leave my mouth feeling clean though so I just deal with it. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is looking for something mellow that will freshen their breath. This mouthwash has a kick to it that will help you wake up in the morning.... The only thing it did was make everything worse. I had more difficulty sleeping and it caused some very strange side effects, which included muscle spasms and sensitivity to light. When I finally stopped taking it, I began to feel better. No more mood swings. I would never recommend this to anyone.... When a friend first suggested I get one of these I was hesitant as they are rather expensive and different from the conventional mattresses out there. However, I did some research and decided to get one and hoped for the rest. I find that they are extremely comfortable and would equate it to an extra firm bed, which is perfect for me. I love the fact that there's no sound from annoying springs and it doesn't move when someone is shuffling....
