http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/rbryant6740 Tue, 02 Jun 2009 23:24:29 GMT Reviews by rbryant6740 http://www.viewpoints.com/Chicco-KeyFit-review-04505 <p>The Keyfit travel system was absolutely wonderful!  We registered for the travel system before our son was born and was given to us as a gift from my parents.  It's not the cheapest or most expensive system available, but runs middle-of-the road insofar as overall price.  But for the price you are getting an extremely reliable and well-built travel system that you can use in nearly any situation.  The car seat is extremley well designed, and the base is extremely strong and sturdy.  You can even attach it directly to the frame of the vehicle through its metal attachments.  For those with multiple vehicles, additional bases can be purchased for a relatively low price.  The only downside to the carseat itself is that it is heavy.  Not having compared many car seats, I'm not sure if is a trait common to car seats in general.  My wife, however, loved the various styles available and was highly rated on Consumer Reports, so I agreed to the purchase.  And I'm glad that we did.</p>...
