OK, so I recieved a sample of cereal in the mail. Kashi "Vive", not even sure how to pronounce the Vive part. Veeve, Vivay, VeeVee, ???? Anyway, I was reading the literature that came with it and it's supposed to be a "Probiotic", meaning "good for your digestive system". It claims to leave you feeling "cleaner, lighter and less bloated". HUH? Am I going to eat a bowl and have to stay by the bathroom for the rest of the day? So, I kept reading and was even more shocked and amazed by the "SECRET" ingredient. Are you ready for this? ......Broccoli! Yes, I said BROCCOLI. In a breakfast cereal. Supposedly you can't taste it but it truly does contain natural dried broccoli, which I am assuming doesn't affect the taste. But, its supposed to help stimulate your liver's cleansing activity. Which STILL suggests to me that the bathroom should not be too far away. Did I mention that it was loaded with fiber? To be exact, 46% of the daily recommend amount. Then I got to the good news. It has Vanilla......
