      <description>I'm nearly finished getting my credential for Special Education/Early Childhood Development via the local branch of National. 5 loooong years and I've had it. I initially enjoyed my on site classes here with some excellent instructors and fellow educators from the local community. Things have radically changed over the past 2 years as nearly all classes are offered online ONLY for budgetary reasons. I recently completed an online class taught by a department head that was a complete fiasco. Instructor didn't know how to use computer technology and mistook my paper for someone else's, namely MY OWN. She accused me of plagiarizing myself, &quot;word for word&quot; and it took me weeks to sort through this mess. The ineptitude on display was nothing short of jaw-dropping and National did nothing whatsoever to assist me. My school district paid lip service to the problem but likewise did nothing. All in all, a bitter learning experience. Price tag on that piece of garbage: $1,400. The reputation of National...... </description>
