(It was told to me in a clipped, matter of fact voice) Guess she was having a bad day too.  When we arrived at the place to where I was to change planes, the plane had equipment trouble and we had to wait an additional 2 hours.  At this point I was wondering why on earth I had decided to go with Delta Air Lines.  If they had at least been friendly I would have been more understanding.  Unfortunately, close to the same thing happened on my next attempt flying with Delta Air Lines.  Mainly, it was just rude and unfriendly......
