      <description>This was my first purchase of a high-end television set. I researched both the LCD &amp;amp; Plasma sets &amp;amp; decided that for my needs, I would go with the LCD. The room it was to go in was filled wih light &amp;amp; I was warned that a Plasma would reflect too much light &amp;amp; make for a bad viewing experience. Our 32&quot; Sony had died after 10 years of use. We were moving into our newly built home &amp;amp; decided to treat ourselves to a big-screen TV. I wanted a flat panel so that I could move it by myself when cleaning. We also decided the biggest screen we would need was 46&quot;. I looked at all makes &amp;amp; models from 40&quot; to 46&quot;. For the money I had budgeted (limited by new home expenditures), this model Samsung fit the bill perfectly. It has a great picture &amp;amp; sound &amp;amp; the menu was easy to learn. We have had this TV for over a year &amp;amp; still love it like the day we hooked it up. We had to make some extra wiring adjustments as all our home theatre equipment is in a closet &amp;amp; every wire had to go through the walls. We also went...... </description>
