I use it everyday to make my meal shakes. They make it nice and thick, which makes it very filling for me. And it is so practical, because I drink the shake right out of the cup I mixed it in and it washes very easily. I also make homemade salad dressing with it, which cuts costs and also cuts out the preservatives and other ingredients I don't want. It also makes a great fruit smoothie and frozen fruit sorbet-again you can drink/eat right out of the cup you mix it in.  It also comes with a pitcher so you can make a larger amount, but I haven't had the need. It is also very easy to clean, just be careful when handling the blades. And also be careful-obey the directions to not keep it running for more than a minute at a time, which will burn out the engine. I usually mix for less than a minute, stop it and go for another few seconds. I love it and don't think I can do without it. A couple notes,...... Geico took care of everything, and there was no inconvenience to me except for having my car in the shop and having to use a rental car, which was also taken care by Geico. They paid for the entire repair and did not raise my rate. I have been very satisfied with my experience with Geico and the price I am paying for auto insurance thus far.</p>...
