      <description>Just wanted to vent my frustrations out with Progressive auto insurance. Here's my story...&lt;br/&gt;Guy backs into my car, his trailor hitch hits my car and leaves a well sized dent in my bumber.&#160; He leaves the area, after i told him i need his insurance and driver's license so i called the police.&#160; The police gave me a case# which i presented to my insurance company, Progressive, and it takes them a month to reach a final decision.&#160; They decide to repair it, instead of replacing my bumper, telling me it will be in &quot;like new&quot; condition.&#160; how is that right? a guy hits my car, we both have insurance, yet my insurance company said that a new bumper is out of the question?&#160; i received phone calls from a gentlemen name Justin who treated my as if i was the guy that hit my car. i escalated and said that i would like to speak with his supervisor.&#160; i speak with a guy name Patrick and he blows me off as well.&#160; i'm a manager in a customer facing industry, and i know how important customer service is.&#160;...... </description>
