I was looking online this past spring for some reasonably priced shrubs to plant around my house and some raspberry plants to plant in my garden. I saw the website Direct Gardening and thought that their prices were reasonable and that this would be a good company to do business with, boy was I wrong.

First of all, I had placed my order and found that their delivery service was not that exceptional, I had to wait almost 4 weeks before I actually received my shrubs and raspberry plants. When I did receive my order, the package that they came in was damaged from being saturated with water, but on opening the package, the inside of the package was dry and the roots of the plants were withered. I immediately planted my shrubs and raspberry plants, and watered them to ensure that they could take ahold and survive.

Unfortunately, the only thing that actually grew out of my order was the raspberry plants. I immediately contacted Direct Gardening by email and told them about the plants...

It's been 3 weeks, I have not received my order yet. I called Customer Support at least 3 times to follow up. All 3 reps are rude.. what's wrong with this company. All they can say is, it's been preparing it will be shipped any day now.. that was 2 weeks ago..

Now they told me that if I want to cancel my order, I need to write them a letter why I am cancelling???

It is just a terrible experience, I am not going to shop on this site again.

I found this site quiet by accident while looking for day lilies. It is a fantastic site for anyone that loves flowers and gardening.

They offer a wide variety of flowers, trees, shrubs, vegetables, etc.

I ordered a lot of different indoor and outdoor flowers and bulbs, and was expecting just a few to make it and grow.....this has been my experience with other sites.

I planted all my flowers, bulbs, etc and to my amazement they all started taking off. I am thrilled with this site.

The prices are some of the best I have ever seen and they even send you free gifts with each order.

They even have a 1 cent sale as well.

And the shipping is one flat price no matter how many items you order.
