Most units don't have in wall suction. A separate cart with a GOMCO machine that at best isn't particularly good has to be wheeled into each bed that needs it and sometimes there aren't enough to go around. Also no matter how many times they have sprayed for bugs, they can't get rid of them. Thank God that they are building a new hospital soon....
