USAA has consistently given me the best deal on auto, homeowner's and renter's insurance. I've had a credit card with them for years, and my interest rate is only 6%. As for banking, I can deposit checks from home using my scanner. I have never had a problem with any of my accounts that they were not able to fix right away. Their web site is clear and easy to use. I can check all my account balances, see my insurance policies, pay my bills, make investments, get auto loans, and much more all in one place. They are honest, ethical and very friendly. USAA is the best for insurance and banking - I won't use anyone else. They have consistently offered great service and never let me down once. When I had a car accident, they took care of everything - sent a tow truck, got me a rental, found a repair shop. The tow was free. The rental car for 28 days was less than $100. USAA is amazing for anything such as, banking , loans and credit cards. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a long time. They have the best customer service around.

I work with alot of insurance companies in the line of work I do at an automobile repair shop, and this insurance company to me rates well above the other companies. Our shop is a stars shop for them and when one of the members have a loss whether it be involved in a collision or a comprehensive claim, the member would just call it in to the claims office and if they wanted it repaired at a stars shop they send the stars assignment to the shop. The advantage of this is that you do not have to wait for their adjuster to come to look at the vehicle and you do not have to be inconvienced and take the vehicle to them. The stars shops are supposed to contact you when they get the assignment and set you up to bring vehicle in if driveable for an estimate if not they can make arrangments to have the vehicle towed. The stars shop will write the estimate and order any necessary parts for the repair and schedule the member to bring the vehicle back in for repairs, if the vehicle is safe to drive....

I have nothing bad to say about usaa apart from the fact that when im mad about some kind of banking issue (my own fault) I call them to complain and expect a good argument to release some anger, I dont get it, they have the nicest call staff I have ever known. By the end of the call I have forgotten why I was even angry and my problem has been resolved way above my expectations.

Reveiws are harder when all you have to say is positive stuff, um la la la. Oh they have great insurance rates, I came over from europe at 18 and got insured at a very good rate. And I had no previous insurer (a us one anyway) So didnt get any discounts for driving experience but it was still an amazing rate. But we get a multi policy discount, new car discount, daytime running lights discount, thats all i can remember right now. Our rate is $160 For me and my husband on our car,truck and bike fully comp. $30 of that is with progressive through usaa as i guess they dont offer bike insurance. Ok well ive met my...

I have banked with USAA for years and thought they were great—until they failed to pay on my renter's insurance policy. Dont be fooled by their friendly customer service, make sure you read all the fine print and dont assume what they tell you on the phone is in your policy. I cant trust them anymore.

I have been a USAA member since 1971 and have never had an issue or unpleasant experience of any kind. Over the years, I have had auto insurance, renter's insurance, homeowner's insurance, and high-value items coverage. I have filed two claims since 1971, both of which were paid immediately. USAA is a member-owned mutual insurance company; therefore, each year it returns to members a portion of its profits based on your premiums paid. Since USAA's rates are already among the best in the industry, this is an extra bonus.

The company originally was founded to insure active duty military members and families, but it has since expanded to include ROTC cadets and many other categories of military affiliation. It offers credit cards and investment products--which, I believe, are available to all persons regardless of military afiliation. Although I have no experience with the various mutual funds and annuities, I can testify that USAA's credit card staff is efficient and responsive....

We use Usaa for most of our needs. I love them because since we do travel alot and keep weird hours i can still deposit money into my accts when I have the time or when I want to. Even at 1am! Not many banks can say that. They have agents for ins or banking for planning or loans that are around almost anytime you need them! And it's not all push this number or push that number. There are no suprises with them i know up front what i will pay and when i will pay it. They also work with our pay day!
