Swagbucks seems like a decent site so far, you can earn points by just searching throughout the day. It does take a while to earn points though, and the prizes have high point prices on them.

Pro's:

1.) It's free.

2.) It's easy.

3.) It's not a scam.

Con's:

1.) It takes FOREVER to get points.

2.) Search results arent as good as google.com.

3.) You don't get points every search.
...

I was turned on to Swagbucks by my sister three weeks ago, and ever since then I've been using it on a daily basis to try to earn swag dollars to redeem for gift cards and other prizes. My main goal is to get enough to buy Amazon.com gift cards so I can use them to purchase gifts. I have only been a member for three weeks, and I am already up to 79 swagbucks. That's alot for three weeks and all I have to do is use their search engine. Also you can earn extra swagbucks by watching for codes by reading the blog, searching on facebook and twitter. I even have my kids using it for me when they do searches. I love it.
...

Do you use Google? You get great search results, right? Would you like Google search results AND something more? Swagbucks is a great place to start your search! I have it as my browser's Home Page, so when I fire up my computer, I'm ready to go! When I want to go to eBay....I use Swagbucks to get there. When I want to shop at my favorite online store...I use Swagbucks to get there.....you get the idea! Every search is a chance to win Digital Dollars called Swagbucks. When I accumulate 45, I redeem them for my favorite prize, a $5 Amazon gift e-card! When I get my e-card gift code from Swagbucks, I "bank" them in my Amazon account until I'm ready to buy those birthday gifts...and soon...Christmas gifts!

There are other neat things to take advantage of when you sign up! Usually every day, a Swag Code becomes available. You may find it on Swagbuck's Twitter page, or on their Facebook page. Maybe The Swag Guy will decide to have a Swag Code Hunt and you have to search...
...

This is a fun search site. Between facebook, the swagbucks homepage and some other swagbuck fan locations I know people that are going code search crazy just to earn a few swagbucks a day. I think its great but honestly I don't have time for the extras. I just do my regualr daily search I do for work and I earn my swagbucks. I've made enough so far to cash in twice for amazon gift certificates.

The variety of prizes is great and I love that you can also earn swagbucks through recycling some of you old electronics. I only wish swagbucks had as good search results as I get when I search with google though I have read that Swagbuck uses google search.

I have experimented a side by side search with both and the results are close but googles are still better.
...

Swagbucks is a neat way to earn something for nothing. Most of us do a fair amount of searching the internet, so why not use a specific search engine, sort through some advertisements, and get rewarded for searching. This is a great search engine for people who spend time surfing the web. The results are pretty good, but I don't think they are as good as Google search, although some reviews claim Swagbucks uses the Google search engine.

The there is a nice variety of prizes, both in what type of prize and how expensive the prizes are. I like that you don't really need to sign up or spend any money. Also, you get points for other things besides searching. Swagbucks offers points for trading in your old cell phones, used video games and video game systems. Swagbucks rewards you for being green and recycling your un-wanted electronics.

Overall, Swagbucks is a great search engine to use.
...

There are two things people are constantly doing online ... doing searches and trying to get free stuff. So why not do them both at the same site? Swagbucks is a one of a kind site. Do searches and earn Swagbucks. Play their code hunts and win Swagbucks. Shop from their many stores and earn Swagbucks. What do you do with all those earned swagbucks? Turn them in for great prizes. Swagbucks is fast, easy, and fun. The best thing though, is they are legit. No scams, no spam. They are totally legit. You can even earn more points by refering your friends. Earn points when they earn points. Its that simple. Their prizes are awesome too. Everything from apparel to free gifts from some of your favorite retailers, like Amazon. The only thing you have to do earn these prizes and participate in the fun is sign up, follow the rules ( one account per household and no sharing codes), and start searching. So go have some fun at Swagbucks today!
...

I am online A LOT for leisure and also for work. I spend over 20 hours a week researching on the computer for my job - and this doesn't include any leisure time. I was constantly using Google and then I heard about swagbucks.com. Getting rewarded to search? That's all I have to do? Awesome! I have only been a member for about 3 days and already have 13 swagbucks for doing what I was doing before - searching the internet. All I had to do was add swagbucks.com search to my search toolbar and voila, searching and rewarding made easy! It says that it uses google.com and ask.com, though I have found the results to not be as good as plain old Google. I'm willing to sacrifice this though if it means I can earn free rewards! Referring friends is also a great way to get rewards - you earn the same swagbucks they do, up to 100! It's a little addicting as you never know when a "swagbuck reward" is going to pop up as a results of a search. So much fun!

Copy and paste this link if you'd like to sign...
...

I love this website! What it is is a Search-and-Win site, but not like the ones you have seen. They do not spam you with constant e-mails, and getting the prizes is relatively easy.

What you do is you search with the Swagbucks search engine. It's just like using Google. Randomly, you will earn an actualy "Swag Buck," which are pretty much points that go towards prizes. You can earn up to 100 Swag Bucks in one search.

The prizes are great! Recently, I redeemed some of my Swag Bucks for 2000 Wii Points. The code was e-mailed to me. Some things they even ship to you, like an iPod Touch, instruments, and other things, such as airline miles. You can also win contests, like a meet-and-greet with the band Theory of a Deadman.

Another great feature with this site is the referral service. If you send someone the signup link, your accounts are linked, meaning that everytime they earn a Swag Buck, so do you, and vice versa. If you refer a bunch of people, it really makes...
...

A lot of people aren't sure what swagbucks is. Well, first it's just a search engine. Do you know what google is? Swagbucks.com works the same way. It's a search engine. You search it to look up the name of an actor in a movie you can't place, or a phone number for the dentist's office down the street. You search. Just like you do on google. The difference is... you earn rewards points (aka BUCKS) randomly throughout your searching. You redeem those points for prizes. You can buy mp3's, you can buy books, you can buy popular electronics... but what I buy is gift cards. I have been using the site since just before Christmas. I use my points to "buy" $5.00 Amazon gift certificates. They cost 45 points. I have a few referrals that help me build my points faster, but in general with no referrals it was taking me about 3 weeks to earn enough for $5. What does Google give you? NOTHING. :) I have made over $165 in gift certificates, it is EASY and you have to start swaggin!
...
