Since they were bought out by Cedar Point there have been and will continue to be improvements. If you're looking for a little thrill and a waterpark on hot summer day Michigan's Adventure is the place to be! I think most people do go here for the waterpark because it is fun and refreshing. They have several wave pools, a lazy river, the Funnel of Fear, and other water slide adventures. I live less than an hour from the park so it really is worth the drive and the price - 2 parks for the price of 1! Like other people have said it is smart to pack a lunch and snacks. You are allowed to go to your car whenever so that's a bonus! The best roller coaster is Shivering Timbers, a wooden one, and lines are not long for this one or any of the other rides. The waterpark can tend to be a little busier so it's best to get there early and do that part first if it suits your party. Plan on getting a locker too, but you do get part of your money back when you return the key so it's...

Michigan's Adventure. Get to the park early. Plan on extra $$ for parking, locker and food. I always pack a lunch in a cooler and go out to the car for a picnic. The food in the park is expensive and there is not a lot of variety.

Michigan's Adventure is an all right adventure. Basically its the fair with 4 rollercoasters, 2 of which are worth riding. The benefit is that they have a waterpark, and it's not as busy as cedar point. I would consider it a cheaper test drive for kids if you are wondering if they would do well at cedar point....

this is a small amusement park that was purchased by ceder point a few years ago it is an ok place to go if you are in the area but i really do not recommend it for thrill seekers it has only a few coasters and not much in parts of live entyertainment of childerens activities.......................
