This company is betraying florists, customers and their own workers! Do not buy anything at Floraqueen if you don't want to get unhappy.

They take the order and call manually a florist near the sending adress, you can do that on you own! SAVE money, don't waste it, because often they keep the money and offer you a lousy discount code the make you shut up!! THEY RUBBED ME - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

THE BOSS ALON PUPKIN STEALED a BANK in ISRAEL 4mio dollars and founded this horrible company in SPAIN!

THE MOSSAD IS LOOKING FOR HIM NOW!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

FLORAQUEEN IS REAL SHIT

SEARCH FOR "ALON PUBKIN" or "ALON PUPKIN" in google!

HE's living in Barcelona SPAIN you can find him in the OFFICE of FLORAQUEEN!!! He's hiding with his childs and wife to not get caught by israelian goverment!!

Hi,

I did pay $97 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered in Sweden on September 18. The flowers were not delivered and they took my money and not willing to refund it back. I emailed them since then almost daily and I received only one response back on Sept 23rd that I provided wrong address and wrong phone number. I double checked the address and phone number send it back again with same info, no response since then. The customer service is unacceptable for this kind of business. Basically they took my money and no service provided. Please BE AWARE doing business with Flora Queen. No phone# to call them back. They can be contacted only via Email Chat.

FloraQueen uses website RusssianService.com to deliver their orders in Russia and Ukraine - based on their cards & contact information attached to the order.

The quality of flowers is terrible - they died the next day! I am angry and mom is upset.

Stay away from this company!

We had a really bad experience with FloraQueen. We ordered flowers for our daughter in law in Australia. They were really expensive and they were delivered a day later than promised. They also weren't arranged as advertised, they were just stuck into a vase. We tried to deal with their customer service but they were only accessable by email. They continuously said that they would check on our complaints, but they said that the Australian florist said that everything was as ordered, so they ignored our problems. The customer service department just ignored our questions and didn't answer emails. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone....

In celebration for Mother's Day, Floraqueen.com will plant 5 trees for every order they receive throughout May. Their selection of flowers is pretty extensive and they deliver internationally. I think they are a bit expensive but hey... it seems almost every other florist is too....
