I am just struggling business owner and wanting to get some icebreaker to my product. A friend of mine recommended me to try selling them to ebay because the buyers there are worldwide. So I made it a try and posted some of my creations. I found out that this website is not for struggling businessman who can only post a limited number of items. It seems only ebay is benefiting because my product hardly get a bid even though I have tried some options to make a good representation of my product. There are some instances too that I experienced dealing with a heartless buyer. Being new to ebay I screwed up the system and this certain buyer was so furious to me and will not entertain my explanation na wrote at once a negative comments on me. So I stopped using the website to sell my product because I didn't make any sale at all. Ebay has some tool to resolve a dispute, but for a busy person like me selling there could eat up all my time...it's not for my kind of business.

I have very mixed feelings when it comes to ebay. The forum is a great idea and the access to virtually any product you can think of that can be bought or sold online is available there at a discount; however, in dealing with them both as a consumer and as a seller on the ebay venue, I've had more trouble with the ebay staff than I've had with the sellers or buyers. There are literally 1000s of pages of rules and regulations that each buyer/seller is expected to read and know; however, if you ask eBay to interpret those rules and regulations be prepared to go on a merry-go-round of emails in which you will always be referred back to the thing you had a question on and were asking them to interpret. Its as though they have been brainwashed and become robotic.

If you get suspended for something you don't understand .. and you're waiting for some kind of resolution or advice about a complaint you may have and need to know how to proceed and they say that you need to just do what's asked...

I do a ton of shopping, as well as selling on Ebay but I have gotten to where I look more into shipping prices and what it would cost new now before purchasing. I have seen some things that are at Wal-Mart for say $40 and someone on Ebay claiming that its a "hard to find" item and selling the same thing for over $100 not including shipping fees. And that is another thing that I cannot stand, sellers overcharging dramatically. I mean, I do charge a little extra sometimes for the shipping material and to help cover some of my fees. But come on, people are charging double and triple the actual shipping cost. Its unreal! And then there are times that I pay more in seller fees than I actually made that month. I have been looking at everything a little more the past few months and It is really not worth it "to me" to even sell on there anymore. It is also getting over-run by comanies and big wholesale companies, so you really cannot find individuals selling items as easy anymore.

On EBay you can find just about anything your looking for. A lot of sellers have some good prices and there are some sellers that have some outragous prices and you would be better off buying that product in a store. You can find anything from new to used shoes, phones, cars, ipod, game systems, make up, clothes. Whatever you want ebay will most likely have what you want. The only thing you might be very careful for is people that are sellers out of the country. Some might just be a scam. also be aware of sellers who do not except refunds. Cause if for some reason the product doesnt work and the seller didnt menchine that you would have to contact ebay and open a claim and they are pretty good on getting your money back. So before you start bidding or buying make sure they except returns and read all the details on the product before you decide to buy the product. So just remember those few things before you decide to buy.....

I just recently started using EBAY and i love it. They have a variety of products available at great prices. I like that they have auctions or if you need it right away some have the buy it now option so you do not have to wait for the autcion to end.... I love it and think that people should try it out....

Ebay is a brilliant site that lets you sell things over the internet, kinda like an internet store. I have picked many a bargain from ebay. I can get markers on ebay for twice as cheap then the local graff store.

I LOVE ebay! Ebay has been called the world wide garage sale and it's true.

You can find almost anything on ebay. There are old, vintage items that you discontinued and hard to find. You can find things that are still new in the box and are cheaper than other websites and stores. You can win things for well under the price that it should be.

There is also something fun about going through the auction process with people from all over the world.

Selling on ebay is also a valuable tool to use when you are in need of some extra cash, going through closets and need the space so you decide to get rid of things or as a job. You can successfully sell antiques and tools and things like that.

Things I do not like about ebay...paying for shipping and if you are on the selling side, having to ship items. Finding a box, wrapping the item and then shipping it just isn't always easy!

I have been shopping and selling on ebay for many years. I think I started shopping and selling on ebay in 2003 and have been ever since. I have sold things for myself and for others. I find it so easy to set things up that you just have to!!! Ebay takes all the work out of it for you. You just answer questions about your item and list what you see. Place pictures if you would like and set shipping. Ebay also helps you with setting shipping. It is so EASY!!!

I also love to shop on ebay. The prices are great and it is also easy. I haven't had any problems with receiving my items. I have had a good experience all the way around. When I am shopping online for anything, I think of ebay first. I look on ebay before I check any other site out. I always find the best prices on ebay. I always find exactly what I am looking for also. It is even great for all those hard to find items.

Been using e bay for many hard to find purchases...You have to know your prices..but with that said..I have never been disappointed..Also, when emailing sellers..I have met some really great people...different personalities ..but all willing to please..and make you a long time customer..Often there are extra things..perks in the packages when they are delivered..Very pleased with E Bay...

I work very hard for my money and when I visted the website of e-bay at first I thought I would always get outbid. If you want to get the most for your money at a great price you really need to try e-bay. This is a wonderful sight. They have everything you can think of and then some. You can find everything on this sight and the best thing is about the security that this sight has. IT IS THE BEST. Everything is up front and no hidden costs or anything, what you see is what you get. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for that special something and can't find it. You can find anything and everything there. Just give it a try and you will be hooked. I am. I don't make alot of money and this is more bang for you buck.

I am a stay at home mom.Ebay is my outlet for shopping when I cant get out of the house.I look just to look and see what I can find.Most of the time I shop to purchase specific items.I can try high priced beauty products at a fraction of the cost.I'll find unique clothing items for myself and my kids and always be happy I didnt overpay a crazy amount for the item/s.I love Vintage items as well and ebay is a great resource for finding unique vintage items wheather they are truly vintage or reproductions.I like to sell on ebay as well.It helps get me a little more pocket money.Yet strangely it goes right back into Ebay,hehehe!
