Nourishing Cuticle Pens</strong>, one for me, one for my mom, and one for my sister.  I had read several great reviews and was hoping they'd be worth the shipping cost at least, since each pen only costs $1!  They arrived within a week of my order being placed, and I couldn't resist applying the cuticle pen in my driveway right after getting the mail, I was so eager to see if they actually worked!</p> <p><strong>e.l.f. Nourishing Cuticle Pen</strong> contains no paraben and has avocado, grapeseed, sweet almond, and aloe vera oils.  e.l.f. is a PETA sponsor, so while you may not be a PETA fan, there is definitely the benefit that they don't do any animal testing.  The white pen has a cap that you just pull off, then brush the liquid onto your nails and cuticles with the brush at the end of the applicator.</p> <p><strong>What I like about it:  </strong>Well, you can't beat the price!  I placed an order after getting a discounted shipping rate, which made the deal even sweeter! ...</p>... It is a pen filled with cuticle oil that is applied to your cuticles with light pressure from you onto the felt like tip. I love the idea of this cuticle pen, but once again e.l.f. has let me down. If it worked it would be a fun, neat tool that one could use to keep your cuticles from drying and cracking. Alas, the cheep construction did not allow any oil to flow, due in large part to the fact that the pen tip went into the opening, not to be retrieved even with the aid of needle nose pliers. Into the trash this went, another poorly crafted product from e.l.f.</p>... It is absorbed quickly and doesn't leave you feeling like your covers will absorb all the lotion if you put your hands under the covers. I have extremely dry hands in the winter and my cuticles look horrible most of the time. This is also handy to have along to apply while waiting for meetings, etc. during the day....
