We had a wonderful birthday party celebration with an awesome experience in Bella's Party room, however when we stepped into the bar area it turned horrible.

We wanted to try their desserts and coffee. When the waitress, Cathyrn approached us she asked "Are you paying cash or credit card because customers walk out without paying their bill." She then claimed management requires her to pay or reimburse the company back. So I gave her my credit card, feeling awkward and she treated us like we were thugs. I have been a waitress and I have never known of a restaurant were they would charge their wait staff for a walk out!?

I work in the financial industry and would never treat a client like this....no rapport building at all and I have never been asked when dining or sitting in a booth for my credit card. She never greeted or introduced herself. I found out her name when we received our bill.

We asked for the dessert menu and she found one and never explained the menu or how...

I have been a frequent diner at Bella and never once have I been disappointed. They have always been very accomodating and I have never had a complaint about the service or food... It is simply amazing. I was recently at Bella for lunch this past week and I had ordered the spaghettie and meatballs and it was DELICIOUS!! Everyone else that I was with also enjoyed their food. I will always go back to Bella for my fine dining! Great job keep it up!

Our party of six had a dinner reservation for 6:30. We waited until 6:55 to be seated. When we were finally seated, we were squashed in at a table meant for four. After bringing out drinks and taking our appetizer order, our waitress disappeared and did not visit our table again for 20 to 30 minutes to take out order. After taking our order, we waited for over 30 minutes for our food and had to ask someone else for bread refills. FInally, my husband went and found out waitress and asked her where our food was. Meanwhile, the tables around us were seated after us, and were already finishing their meals. When we finally got our meals, mine was barely warm. Our waitress was not sorry for the service. We did talk to someone, a pseudo 'manager,' and received 4 free drinks and 2 free desserts. Overall, good service was not a priority and I would not recommend this restaurant....

Bella - We made reservations for our Holiday gathering in October. We were never informed in advance of a 'private party' that reserved the entire restaurant until we arrived at our table. We asked to speak with a manager to understand what our optionswere for the evening. IT was pretty much "well, you're out of luck, and need to leave by 9:00pm. He (Kenneth?) was less than apologetic, extremely rude, and unprofessional. The waitress was awful, she actually said to our table of 8 "its a restaurant business, and time is money, the future guests of the evening paid in advance." Apparently, our money is not good at Bella! We found out the guests coming later were celebrating Holly's birthday, and "Holly" is the infamous Hugh Heffner ex-girlfriend from the E! show. We were pretty upset, as this was our 'girls' Holiday night out in a new restaurant that lead to complete and utter disappointment. We never received a sincere apology from any of the wait or managerial staff......

The prices are a little spendy, but the quality is great and it's a really nice night out. The desserts are great!...

Everything from the greeting at the door, the escort and seating at the table, the food service, the food presentation and the food quality is top-notch and elegant. The guest is definitely top priority. Our meals were fabulous!

The restaurant itself has a warm and inviting decor. Tall, curving booths make every seating area feel private. A gorgeous bar offers a wide variety of imbibements. Minnesota weather permitting, bella offers a fantastic outdoor patio. Guests will be able to enjoy lunch, brunch, dinner or happy hour in a beautiful outdoor setting amidst a stunning water feature, fire torches and outdoor bar.
