Everyone says this but I'm going to repeat it: This is the first time I've ever reviewed a product on any site.

My story is much like the others you'll read hear if you're researching the Bed-In-A-Box line. My purchase decision was heavily influenced by what I read on this site. A big thank you to everyone who took the time to review this company and their products!

So, anywho, the old mattress was well past it's prime and my wife was tired of being catapulted into the air everytime I rolled over. Looked at SelectComfort and TempurPedic but I just couldn't justify that kind of money. It would be cheaper to just buy my wife a crash helmet (she would argue at first, but eventually she would get used to it)! So, I Googled 'Cheap Beds' (I've Googled tons of 'how to' and 'where to' stuff in the past that I've followed to several hilarious outcomes, but that's a subject for a different post) and came across Bed-In-A-Box. One has to first get over the concerns of a) buying a bed on the internet...

First, let me say I am a physician and a chronic low back pain sufferer. Like many people, I am in search of the best mattress to alleviate my pain and provide a full night's sleep. We purchased our PacBamboo Plus late last summer (2008) to replace a 10 year old inner spring mattress. At first, I loved it. True, it smelled funny for a week, but that was easily ignored. However, a few things were not so easily dismissed. I found myself waking up a few times at night because of excessive heat trapping between the mattress and myself. Again, I could live with the heat if that were the only problem. Now, after only 6 months of use, the foam compresses so much at night that by 3am I feel like I am lying on a cement slab. Needless to say, sleeping after that point is nearly impossible. Remember, I purchased the Plus mattress too, to make certain I had "extra" of the soft foam layer to prevent this problem. I am not overweight, 6' 180lbs, and the mattress should not feel......

I bought the Pac Bamboo Plus King Size bed about a month ago and I LOVE it. I had wanted a Tempurpedic but I didn't want to spend all that money on a mattress. I found BedinaBox.com site and then off I went to read the reviews. The reviews were all positive and the guarantee for the bed was good so I figured I had nothing to lose.

The bed came quickly (2 days) and it was in great shape. But, don't try to put it up if you are by yourself and you order a king size. It was heavy to put on our raised platform bed. But two of us did manage and it unrolled quickly just as promised. The best part was that there was absolutely no odor at all.

It is wonderful to sleep on. It's comfortable and I wake up feeling great. For the price, you have nothing to lose if you want a great mattress. I'm really happy I took a chance.

I recently ordered two mattresses from BedinaBox......I first ordered the 9" Pac DownPlus in Queen size for our 21 year old daughter....she absolutely loved her new mattress and it was so easy to transport and move into her new apartment. I then ordered the 11" Pac Down Plus in a King size for my husband and I to enjoy as our 24th wedding anniversary gift to ourselves. We love it too! We had considered purchasing a sleep number bed and are thrilled that we took a chance with this mattress. We saved a ton of money and doubt that our sleep could be any better than it is with this mattress. It has just enough firmness yet remains soft and cushy. It has met and exceeded our expectations. We have already recommended it to many of our family and friends. The customer service was very helpful and nice when I called and they spent time explaining all the options to me without rushing me at all. They were most helpful and kind. The mattresses were delivered very quickly...

I own a 40' Motor Yacht. After our first year on the boat it was clear that we had to have a new mattress! The master bedroom was equipt with a "queen size" bed, however the dimensions were not standard queen size. During the winter I began my search. Most of my friends recommended a Sleep Number, but for several reasons, including cost, that didn't seem to be a good fit for me. My search led me to the BedInABox web site. What caught my attention immediately was the RV and YACHT mattresses which were prominently displayed on their main page! The sizing of the RV style mattress was a perfect fit for the boat. Although I had heard a few negative stories about foam beds, after reading the information on the web site, I believed this was the bed for me. What a Great decision! I LOVE this bed. I've been have some back problems from work so I decided to purchase a new mattress. I stumbled upon bedinabox.com just when I was surfing the internet for a memory foam mattress. I saw the prices and the warranties and I was hooked. I decided to finally purchase one and I am so glad that I did. I bought the 11" pac bamboo queen sized mattress. It is so hard to get out of bed in the morning now because I just simply don't want to get out of it. I am now trying to get my mom to buy these mattresses for my younger brothers and herself. Free shipping was also very nice. I have no problem recommending their products to anybody. I think these mattresses are better than the tempur pedic mattresses, at a fraction of the cost. Just buy it, you wont regret it.

Well the hubby and I decided it was time for a new bed after waking up in the middle of the night from the bed rail seperating from the head and foot board. :-( So time to shop for a new something to fix this problem. The thing is..I love my headboard and didn't want to replace the whole bed. Solution? Find a foam bed and use a platform base and attach my head/foot board. Sounds easy enough....

So I searched and searched, being a savvy shopper I searched internet, local ads, manufacturer website to find my new bed. Well long story short, everything out of my price range or was not at the same level of quality as my previous bed. For reference previous bed was Simmons beautyrest pillowtop wool overlay which 15 years ago cost 1200. I came across reviews some on this site regarding bedinabox.com and have to admit I was intrigued and skeptical at the same time.

Would it be possible to afford this bed and still get a comfortable ahhhh when you fall into it at night? Yes it...

This is a great mattress for the money. I spent months researching and trying out various competitors such as the Sleep Number and Tempurpedic beds and decided to take a chance on this one based on technical information and links on their web site. The foam does a great job of speading support evenly over my body even though I am a side sleeper. Usually mattresses put too much pressure on our hips and shoulders because they protrude further into the mattress. The PacDown Plus mattress also quickly responds if I turn over to my other side during the night. It does not trap you in your body's indentation like some of the older generation foam sleep systems do.

I have had this product since the beginning of May, weight 220 lbs and usually sleep in the same location on the mattress but so far not one sign of tunneling, the formation of that trench most mattresses develop over time. I purchased the Down Comforter with the Pac Down and was also pleasantly surprised that body heat would not be...

I was skeptical at first about buying a bed that came in a box. Then to order a bed (a very important purchase) over the internet without being able to try it out before purchase???? Then I read the reviews for the product. There were sooooo many!!!! When I saw how many people said that it relieved the pain in their backs I knew I just had to give it a try. I absolutely love it!!! I've had it for a little over a year now and still to this day the pain in my back has not returned. I fall asleep soon after laying down. Before I would toss and turn trying to find a comfortable position. But all that has come to an end. I would like to thank all those people who took the time to write the testimonials because if it had not been for them I wouldn't have risked buying this bed and it is because of them that I did and Boy am I Thankful!! I tell everyone who is looking for a new mattress about my pac down mattress. I love it!!! The only thing I don't like is that it is not portable!!! I dread having...

I purchased a bedinabox mattress after going to a local bed store, and was in sticker shock over the price of memory foam mattresses. I was longing for this kind of comfort, so I decided to do some research on line. At first, I was very skeptical about purchasing a bed over the Internet. I spoke with Kim, who answered all my (ridiculous) questions, and she was so helpful. I also had a time constraint, as I was moving. She did everything possible to make sure the shipment coincided with my move, and followed up with me. Outstanding customer service! I have to say that this bed is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It's like sleeping up in the clouds, in heaven. As a matter of fact, it's hard to get out of the bed every morning, as it is so comfortable! From time to time I have been traveling, and the comparison of sleeping on another type of mattress is awful once you are spoiled like this!!! From pricing, to service, to the ultimate in comfort, bedinabox is #1 on my list!......

This is absolutely one of the best purchases we've made in a long time. My husband and I love the mattress we no longer toss and turn or wake up with back pain. I would recommend it to anyone! It was SO much better than I ever expected especially to come in such a small box! It was a great value! We will definitely be purchasing another in the near future for our guest bed. I'm so glad I found bedinabox.com instead of purchasing from an over priced mattress store! :-)

I discovered BedInABox while surfing for a less expensive alternative to Tempurpedic. There are similar beds sold on eBay but many come in pieces and I was worried about returning the bed if I didn't like it. BedInABox has a simple return procedure [you can even donate it to charity and get a refund] so I ordered a queen size PacBed. I was so pleased that I moved it to the guest room and bought a PacBamboo for myself. Both are really comfortable and exceptionally well-made [if you've tried and liked memory foam in a local mattress store you will love these beds] . The website is very easy to navigate and when I had a question about whether I needed to purchase a support frame for my bed I got all the answers I needed over the phone [they actually explained to me that I did not need to buy the support frame saving me money]. The bed does arrive InABox - it's an easy thing to move [or drag] into the bedroom and let it unroll on your bed frame. I don't think there's an overall better deal......
