I decided to buy a used bread machine after a failed attempt at making a loaf of bread by hand. I purchased a Zojirushi after reading it's excellent reviews. I am thoroughly impressed!

I would consider myself an amateur in the kitchen. My husband and I make our meals most days. Yes, I agree the bread machine takes careful following of the instructions, but I was able to produce a perfect loaf of bread on my very first try. I've had one failed loaf of bread with the machine, but I attribute that to poor following of the instructions. Also, the loafs need to be eaten within a day or two unless they are well-preserved. They tend to become dry and crumbly if left out for too long.

So it will take practice and careful following of the instructions, but once you've got it down you can get all the ingredients in the machine in 5 minutes - and then it does everything else automatically. I am very pleased.

I have used this product numerous amount of times to do most of my baking projects. The clean-up is easy and the machine can be stored just about anywhere. The bread does not stick and is evenly baked. I have recommended the product to my friends and they have purchased the machine. They love it....

I love this bread maker it is so wonderful. I have made so many different kinds of bread but my favorite one is the beer bread i used to cook in in the oven but not anymore cause i have the best bread maker ever. Thanks so much...

I love being able to put in the ingredients at night, set the timer, and wake up to fresh, hot, delicious bread. Boy does my house smell wonderful!!! I have made rolls, pretzels, pizza dough, and many other things and it has worked really well....
