I've been shopping Zappos.com for a few years and have never been disappointed. I wear Vans slip-ons and they always have a large selection of prints and 90% of the time they have my size. I wear a very popular size, and find that most stores sell out quickly, so this is a nice option for me. Zappos now offers some nice handbags. I LOVE the seatbelt bags made by Harveys, and Zappos carries quite a few

I've had to make an exchange due to a show being a bit large and the exchange was almost effortless. I would certainly recommend this online store.

Weatherproof Garments- Men's Coat- I looked in quite a few places for this brand of coat my husband wanted. I finally did a comparison search on MSN and it came up with three stores that carried it, Zappos.com was the least expensive, with no shipping charges or tax. I thought I would check them out. I have WOT (web of trust) on my browser, they were rated very good. They had the exact coat he wanted, in the size, color etc. They shipped it overnight (2 days) by the time it accutally got here from the time of order, no charge. They kept me informed, free return label enclosed, the best price, and excellent customer service. I had a question about points being added to the account I ordered through. I cannot say enough good things about Zappos.com even though I have only ordered from them once. I will go back....

My husband has larger than average feet, and we have a very hard time finding him shoes that fit him correctly. He is in the military, and goes through a lot of running shoes for PT. We recently spent several days searching all the local shoe stores for a pair of shoes for him, with no luck. One store insisted that the only pair that they could get him would cost about $175. I began my online search and discovered Zappos.com. Not only did they have shoes in his size, but they had a selection for him to choose from. We ordered a pair, paid less than $75 for them, and received them about 3 days earlier than we were told to expect them. They fit perfectly. We will definitely be using Zappos.com again!

Zappos.com has to be one of the BEST online shopping retailers I have ever ordered from in my 15 years of online shopping.

Not only were the shoes I bought sold at a great price, the shipping was free, and when I had to call to make a change to my order, the customer service agent was probably one of the most helpful, nicest agents I have had in a long time.

He upgraded my order to over night shipping, just because I had to wait on the phone for a few minutes. I ordered the shoes on a Saturday night, and they were on my feet on Monday morning! It was truly amazing, and an outstanding example of a customer focused business that seriously stand far above the rest.

I am a lifetime shopper with them now, and I would highly reccommend them to anyone looking for shoes.

SImply amazing, I haven't been this pleased with an online purchase experience in a long time. In a world of generally poor customer service, they raise the bar, and seriously care about their customer's satisfaction.

I ordered my fiance's Heely's from this website at Christmas time. Not only was shipping free but they upgraded me to priority shipping without a request! Instead of taking a week, it only took a day or two. (Granted, he saw the box sitting outside the door but he still had no idea what it contained.) I was extremely happy with the ease of navigation & placement of my order. I would definitely recommend Zappos to anybody who's looking for a good deal & great customer sevice....

I have horrible to fit feet: 8.5 WW with a very high arch. I used to love shopping for shoes at a teenager, back when footpain, backpain, and weight gain weren't that big of a deal. As a "grown-up" woman, comfort and stability are hugely important things as I live my busy life as a mama to my one-year-old, full time employee, and 24/7 wife.

Zappos.com has always taken care of me. First of all:

NEVER PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING UNLESS YOU ARE VERY WORRIED ABOUT GETTING YOUR SHOES THE VERY NEXT DAY.

I have never paid for next-day air, and they have always sent me my shoes UPS Next Day Saver (which means they should arrive the next day by the later afternoon). I'm fairly certain, since I work in the shipping industry for a large supply company, that Zappos.com either has a shipping program with UPS where all their packages go out Next Day Saver, or Zappos.com just springs for that expedited shipping for you, as a favour to their customers.

Zappos.com does offer expedited shipping services...

If you are in the market for shoes, Zappos is the place to go. They have any kind of shoes you could possibly want and very good customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes for my Granddaughter on Monday morning and she had them Tues afternoon. Unbelievable! The shoes were $10.00 cheaper at Zappos than they were at Penneys and there are no shipping charges. I emailed them to tell them how impressed I was and they emailed me back with a personal letter instead of a form letter. I always do my shoe shopping with them and can't say enough good things about this site!...

I recently was looking for an ASUS Eee PC for my teenage daughter, and had never really dealt with Zappos before. I found Zappos on a search, and found quite a bargain on the laptop that I was interested in. Zappos saved me over $50, and I can also do the Bill Me Later if I want. Thanks, Zappos!...

I spend a lot of time shopping online. And I buy a lot of shoes. And I am not always the most patient person in the world. Therefore, Zappos.com is a perfect website for me!

In terms of the site, navigation, and shopping cart process, Zappos is comparable to other ecommerce websites - although their "Larger Image and Alternate views" are fantastic. You really get a sense for what you are purchasing. However, what truly sets them apart is their selection and service. Others have mentioned it here and I cannot agree more.

In terms of selection - it's just so extensive. You can find everything from high-end brands to everyday options. Also try their search functionality - you can find specific items very easily (try 2 inch heels, wide calf boots, etc).

The beauty of Zappos really begins when you place an order. First of all, it arrives within 2 days. So if you have a weekend event and it's Wednesday - you are fine. Second, you don't get charged some crazy fee...

This is one of the best sites to buy shoes!! Never would have thought I would ever buy a pair of shoes online but once I found this site...no problem!! Although, I do have to agree with another review...most shoes are not cheap. But, you have to remember they are great well-known brands I didn't have to walk from store to store at the mall all day!! Ok...it states that you can get free shipping but it will take 4-7 days. However, this company impressed me once again...I received an email the same day saying the had prioritized my order without any charge to me. My order was shipped the same day I ordered and it arrived today! Great company!!...

Zappos has saved me in so many pinches! They have lightning speed service and the sales people have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. I tried another online shoe store, but I will never stray again. Their service just can't be beat.

Zappos is a great store for classic shoes. You can narrow down choices easily by style, size, color, material, height or brand. They carry some pricey brands and in general if you shop around you can beat the prices, but with free shipping and extremely easy returns, sometimes you need to literally do the math. They are also extremely honest about what is in stock and they will e-mail you when something you are interested in is back in. They also give info from other shoppers on fit, etc. It is a great store to buy from or even to use as a first stop, if you really think you can beat the price. True they don't carry all the brands, but who does. For the convenience and selection, all that is missing is being able to try on the shoes before you buy them....

Zappos is an online shoe store, but they have other things too, just mostly shoes. I wouldn't get my shoes anywhere else. They have a guarantee that if you find the same shoe elsewhere, they will refund you 110% of the cost. They have all brands imaginable. Try it out. I swear by it! Thanks, Joy...

I have found the gushing reviews of Zappos all over the web. It is just so funny how people who have average experiences don't spend much time online discussing those average experiences but a good experience or a bad experience generates enough buzz to cripple the competition.

I haven't had a bad shoe experience yet to send me flying to Zappos for this incredible customer service. Just didn't happen. I rarely if ever speak to anyone on the phone. I shop online ALL the time. Like 1K a month spent:-) But I care about prices over whether I get it in 2 days from Amazon or 1 day from Zappos. A pair of Reeboks is the same pair of Reeboks on all sites. I feel like I am paying full freight at Zappos so that the 10% of people who have any issues at all can get a human on the phone.

I guess I just need to have one of these horrific experiences to understand the Zappos cult:-)

I love Zappos.com. I have problems with my feet, so I am constantly searching for shoes. Zappos free returns has allowed me to try dozens of shoes risk free. Also, they credit returns very quickly - other places often take weeks, but their credit take just days after receiving the product. Their prices are a bit high on things, so I will often try something from Zappos, then return it and buy it somewhere cheaper (like Ebay). Overall, though, Zappos has been a lifesaver for me and problem feet!...
