I was recently given the opportunity to try out NEW Fiber One 50 Calorie Yogurt by My Blog Spark. I'll be honest, when I bought it I wasn't that thrilled to try it, thinking it wouldn't taste that good. Boy was I wrong! Seriously, this was some of the best yogurt I've ever had. I chose to try the strawberry flavor. It was creamy and had pieces of real strawberries in it. The best part of all - it's only 50 calories, has 5 grams of fiber, and 0 grams of fat!

This product has also been approved by Hungry Girl, calling it a Zero Guilt snack!

I will definitely be buying more Fiber One 50 Calorie Yogurt in the future.

jadco123 says "This is delicious, and perfect for grab and go!" about Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt

Now, I've just started a diet (again) and one of my goals is to add more fiber. With only 50 calories, 0g fat and 5g of fiber per cup, this definitely fit the bill. I'm not a fan of aspartame because of the after taste, but I was willing to try it, since it was "aspartame and other sweeteners".

Fiber One is available in a variety of flavors including, Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime Pie. I really wanted to try the Peach (my favorite), but the grocer was out of it so I picked up the Strawberry. I have to say that this is probably one of the best "diet" yogurts that I have tasted. It did have an aftertaste, but it wasn't strong, and didn't bother me. It was very smooth and creamy with large chunks of strawberry. My kids even liked it, and they usually only go for yogurt with cartoon characters on the carton. It's even Hungry Girl approved (Best-selling author and food expert Lisa Lillien).

One downfall is that it's the same price as the regular Yoplait yogurt in the bigger 32 oz. container...
...

johnny12 says "That's really good. I love it." about Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt

Yoplait Frozen Fruit & Yogurt Smoothies it's good. Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana and Strawberry Mango Pineapple. $3.29 per 6-ounce bag yields two 8-ounce servings.

You'll find Yoplait fruit smoothies in the supermarket freezer, not the dairy department. To prepare them, pour a cup of skim milk and the bag of frozen fruit and yogurt pieces into a blender and then process until smooth. This is a very simple way to get a full serving of fruit, with its vitamin C, and is also a good source of calcium from the added skim milk. One serving provides about 110 calories, 1 gram of fat and 9 to 11 grams of sugar.

Still, I doubt these fruit smoothies will be around very long. That's because I'm guessing health-conscious folks who own blenders and drink smoothies would probably prefer making one with fresh fruit and a container of yogurt instead of with Yoplait's added thickeners and artificial sweetener Whether or not you will like these new Yoplait frozen smoothie "kits" will largely depend...
...

This is really good yogurt. It has a nice consistancy and flavor. I like it because I feel like I can get my fiber and my daily all in one serving. I will tell you that by eating this you will probably suffer from extreme gas issues. I am not being funny just being honest.
...

Some would think yogurt is just yogurt. But Fiber One yogurt tastes great and has 20 percent of your daily fiber. Plus is fat free and only has 80 calories. It is also surprisingly yummy! It is very creamy and sweet and rich. The only downfall is it is a smaller serving size then typical yogurt. All in all very good!...

I saw the ad for this yogurt about a month ago and was immediately smitten.

I had tried other "healthy" yogurts, but has so far been disappointed. Some left out taste as well as fat!

When I bought this yogurt, I was pleasantly surprised. The texture is smooth (much preferred by moi)...I don't like bits of fruit really in my yogurts.

The taste is terrific and its just enough to take the edge off my hunger. Highly recommended.
...

I saw the advertisement for Fiber One yogurt on the last box of Fiber One cereal I bought. I was instantly intrigued. I am always looking for ways to include more fiber in my diet.

The yogurt tastes great, creamy, smooth and not too sweet. The portion is small at only 4 ounces, but does make a nice snack. It includes 5 grams of fiber or roughly 20% of the daily intake needed and only 80 calories. It also contains 4 grams of protein, 10% of daily amount of vitamin A and calcium and 15% of vitamin D.

I have tried the strawberry and peach varities, it also comes in vanilla and key lime pie. It comes in packages of six in all one flavor or mixed with three containers of two different flavors.

If you need to add more fiber or just enjoy eating yogurt, I sugguest giving it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Thank you Fiber One and Yo-plait for helping us to include more fiber in our diets!
...
