Yo Gabba Gabba! Is great for children of all ages. It teaches valuable lessons in a fun way. My daughter's favorites are "Don't give up" and "Don't bite your friends" She has learned many things from this television show and it has become a favorite for all in our household. It's even decent to watch as an adult.

It also incorporates getting up and moving around by teaching the children new and fun dances each week.
...

My son seems to really like Yo Gabba Gabba. I have a VERY hard time watching it with him. It reminds me of the kid version of Monty Python (in as much as you KNOW whoever wrote, directed, and acts in it HAD to be under the influence of SOMETHING). Just weird, random, and creepy in my opinion. Toys coming to life, random dancing, phallic shaped character....

Yo Gabba Gabba is a new show on Nick Jr. From my understanding the Aquabats helped create it, and sometimes they even perform on the show. Most shows they have a guest celebrity come on and show the kids a new dance or a new cool trick. Biz Marky also teaches a Beat of The Day on some epidsoded. My son loves them all. He loves to dance. The show contains a lot of singing and dancing and is entertaining even to me. It's awesome!!

...

My daughter loves this show, she gets so happy when it comes on and will run into the family room when she hears it. Ok, so the characters are a little on the creepy side, and a little weird at first, but it becomes addictive. I find myself up and dancing around with her while we watch it, which is a great thing. The characters are very diverse, and it has a wide variety of things on each episode (Stories, songs, lessons, dancing, etc.) And, this isn't something that would pertain to children so much, but, to me, it has an 80's vibe, and I am a child of the 80's, so I love that. All in all, it is a great and fun show for children!...

If they think that they are doing something good for kids, than they're very retarded. They are killing kids in the long run. This show teaches stupidity, how to be hyper, how not to work with others, and how to be really, really gay. There is way too much stimulation, which will teach the kids not to be focused and patient. At the kids age this show really molds their minds and eventually they may suffer from it (ie. suicide, murder, drug use, ect.). Dora the explorer and Ni Hao Kai lan are very educational and fun for the children. This show should be more like them. They need to expand their vocabulary, too. Five different words in a song will not do it. They should have a daily vocab. word. Drawing should also be cut out of the show. Instead they should teach kids about freakin fish or whatever they are going to draw. Would it hurt to teach them? No is the answer. The show should be all animated because right now it looks, frankly, cheap as hell. Zippers on the back of the mentally...
...

As much as I may dislike this show and think it is the closest thing to the worst acid trip possible, I have to give it a 4. My kids are ADDICTED to this show. Even though most shows these days attempt to be interactive and get the kids to follow along, few shows actually make my kids want too, but this one does. My kids giggle as soon as they hear DJ Lance's footsteps and dance and play through the entire episode. Plus I appreciate that it has great learning lessons in each episode and covers some of the more standard concepts for younger children (hugs, sharing, being sad vs. happy, fun) instead of more complex ideas that are beyond my 2 year old. ...

I had my daughter 12 months ago. She was my first child and I was 39 years old. My dream had been to be single and with no children. I dreamt that since the age of 7. Then one day I woke up with my precious baby girl in my hands wondering how I could have not wanted children before. And also wondering what on Earth mommies did and how I could keep my child entertained.

I took her into the family room and here I started clicking the control for kids shows. She seemed blah about most of them. Every once in a while looking up and most the time not even noticing the TV was on. Then one day I turned on the TV and Yo Gabba Gabba was starting. Vanessa perked up, she began to dance, and at 6 months she could sit through almost the entire show! Since then it's her favorite show.

Not only is it her favorite but it's my favorite too! Excellent show. Songs that are catchy and easy for kids to catch on to. Songs that teach everything from sharing, brushing teeth, being...
...

This show is so much fun! I have to say that both my daughter and I love it! It's different than a lot of shows out there. It teaches manners, taking turns, and there is a lot of singing and dancing. It's really catchy...and it will have your little one dancing around the room in no time. (and you too!) VERY cute & fun show! :D...

I'll be honest, we are a bunch of TV junkies in our house; however, before I begin the review we are extremely picky on what we let our toddler watch AND we have extended periods of time during the day that we don't watch TV.

When it is time to watch TV, my toddlers constant request is either "Dora" (like all other toddlers her age) or "Yo Gabba Gabba".

When I first saw the commercials on Nick Jr. introducing this new show, all I could think about was how crazy it looked. I think my husband's comment was "Someone had to be on some serious drugs to create a show like that!" I never intended on ever watching it until one day, I happened to turn it on when we were fumbling for one of our saved Dora episodes on our Tivo. My toddler lit up with excitement and thus went our introduction to "Yo Gabba Gabba"

Don't be scare, it is kind of wild at first - but your toddler will be dancing around saying "My name is (insert their name here) - and I like to dance!" - something that they say a lot during...
...
