Fast printing, High quality prints, scans, acts as a standalone copier and fax - that is how I would have described this printer unit.

I have been using this printer for almost 6 months now. Never had any maintenance issue so far. Good thing I got it free at this website my friend referred me to - freeprinterpromo.com

Otherwise, I would have settled for a cheaper printer due to budget constraints.

Great Printer! I love that this printer uses solid ink. They are so much easier to install, know how much ink in left and the color is great! This printer gets used a lot and it rarely breaks. The only thing I don't like about this printer is that it is a lot slower than some of the HP models I have used. It seems to take forever when trying to print adobe acrobat files....

The Xerox Phaser 8560DN uses solid ink blocks that are better for the environment and easy to use. It produces very good quality color in accuracy and depth. It's fast with good output. The duplexer makes fast work of 2-sided printing for brochures, bulletins, booklets, etc. This is not the top of the line Xerox printer. If you need tabloid printing or higher volume, choose another product. But in the mid-range, it's more than capable for small business applications. It has straight line feeder and you can configure with additional paper trays for more capacity.

It's also a little larger than it appears to be in ads. So, check the dimensions for footprint. It also makes interminttent ticking noises (normal) when not in sleep mode. But beyond that small annoyance, you will experience easy & inexpensive use. You might want to shop other outlets to replace ink. Genuine Xerox ink blocks are more expensive than off-brand.
