Wolfgang Puck's rice cooker has turned me into a cook. I prepare all of my meals in it. I also love the fact that the WP rice cooker allows me to bake foods. It is the best purchase I have ever made.

I cook soup, baked goods, prepare pasta dinners, make the best pot roast (the meat is extremely tender), make healthy chicken, gumbo... just name it. I have never burned a single dish and it keeps the food warm so that as everyone comes home from work or school, the meal is ready to be served.

Additionally, it is easy to clean.

Wolfgang puck rice cooker is best rice cooker i have come across , I have been using this cooker for 2 years no problem, love it. every recipe comes out great , rice,mac and cheese ,soups , cakes ,u name it , rice cooks really fast , clean up is easy, it keeps food warm for long , it works like a slow cooker....

I have used the Wolfgang Puck 10 cup rice cooker for cooking rice and steaming veggies and fish. It cooks white rice perfectly! I've tried brown rice and Basmati rice and yes, I've washed the rice first as recommended and used more than twice the water to rice ratio and the rice comes out overdone and sticky. I've tried using 2 measures (the one that comes with the rice cooker) rice and 4 measures water - not enough water AND it leaked all over my counter top. I still like the product and will keep trying with different kinds of rice....

This cooker does all it should and then some! Works great for boxed rice w/pasta, etc as well. With those, if you just add a little chicken or ground meat, you can have a tasty meal in minutes.Not a week goes by that I don't use it several times. Very lightweight & easy to clean up....

This rice cooker is a little work horse. Yes, the rice is perfect; mac and cheese fabulous, oh, but that's only the tip of the ice burg. Ribs, chili, Sloppy Joes, soups, meatballs, steamed fish and vegetables and on and on. It's as easy as a slow cooker, but faster. The stay warm feature is a blessing when scheduling the family's meals is difficult. I don't know what I did without this Rice Cooker. Just remember, be creative. PS: There are now cook books just for Rice Cookers....

Works great for cooking rice based dishes, however I haven't tried much else. It is kind of hard to clean the lid well. I was hoping for more basic recipies in the manual. I don't have access to many of the ingredients needed for some of the recipies plus they were a little too "high class" for my families tastes. ...

Wolfgang has hit the mark as usual with his 10 cup rice cooker/steamer. The product is more that it's expected to be since it does so much more than cook rice. Weather it's cooking up some macaroni & cheese or baking a lava cake, this product does it all very well. Be careful, however, if the cooker is overfilled, a big mess is likely. Other than that, it's a great product that is easy to clean, store and use. This is one of the best rice cookers that I've ever used. Outstanding product that definitely lives up to the Wolfgang Puck name. ...

I really appreciate having a multipurpose appliance so I don't have my counters overflowing with gadgets. This unit has a steamer basket so I can cook rice, pasta, noodles soups, or even meats and have the basket to steam vegetables. When cooking rice or pasta, they need to be rinsed off so the starch does not froth out but it only takes a minute to do so. As my friend used to say "you're not a great cook but you sure are fast". When I come home from work, the sooner dinner is done, the sooner I can relax and this cooker helps a lot....
