This ball SUCKS!!! LOL. Worst basketball EVER. It's so lightweight, feels like your shooting with a beach ball. Only good thing it does have is a good grip....

The eternal argument between Hoop players all over the world is not scoring or fouls or money. The eternal argument is if the player is effected by the rock or is the rock effected by the player. Another words, is LeBron as good a player with a $12 rubber basketball as he is with the $120 leather NBA ball? Does the rock make the player?

Well the Wilson Evolution Game Ball kind of splits this argument down the middle. Made of composite leather, the Evolution has the nice slip and feel of a more expensive ball. At the same time, the Wilson Evolution has none of the hard rubber feeling of cheap playground balls. The Evolution will give you some play off the rim and backboard, where rubber will just brick out. However, the Evolution in no way stacks up to the T-1000 or NBA Game Balls, both of which make you feel like Larry Bird or Magic Johnson when you touch them.

Wilson always does a tremendous job with basketballs. This ball will not let you down, very easy to shoot with and texture of the ball is outstanding to dribble. I have always used wilson basketballs and this goes back about 15 years. Cant go wrong!...

This is one of the best basketballs I've ever played with. Had great grip and control. Felt good off the dribble and coming off the hand. We used these in high school and I would highly recommend it to anyone. You wouldn't want to use this outside since it would attract dirt but it is an indoor ball....

This is the best basketball ever created by a human being! The grip is perfect and allows for perfect backspin and ball handling ability. If you can't handle the ball with this ball then you might as well give up on basketball and stick to tennis. This ball is so nice that I will never use another ball as long as I live....

The wilson evolution is by far the best basketball besides the Official NBA basketball. The microfiber material makes it a sound ball to use when the competition gets tough and the sweat starts pouring. The soft texture of the ball makes you want to spend hours shooting around. The quick snap of the net on the soft ball makes you want to go pro....

At $40 this isn't the most inexpensive ball on the market but it is well worth the cost. I have owned a Wilson Evolution for over a year and have never had a reason to be displeased with it. It still plays with the same grip and quality as when I first purchased it. Be forewarned though, THIS IS NOT AN OUTDOOR BALL! As stated in my post and on the box this is for indoor courts, not your driveway or playground. Keep it inside and this ball will stay in great shape for you for a long time....
