This is my second West Bend Toaster oven, the first was borrowed by my daughter, never to be seen again. Amazing the things that got borrowed when she got her first apartment. In any case, this time I'm not letting it out of my sight.

I've found that i can really cook anything in it. It's great for broiling fish or making a small batch of muffins for packing in lunchs. I've made just about everything in it, brownies, homemade enchiladas, rolls, brownies, cakes, fish. Did I say brownies? Just wanted to be sure I mentioned the most important things.

I did find out the hard way only to fill the muffin cups part way and to have the rack on the lowest settings. What a mess! And if you forget to clean out the crumb tray, it will be kind enough to remind you by smoking.

I like the convection feature too. It cooks more evenly...
...

Scotchula says "Energy Efficient - Perfect for Singles and Couples" about West Bend PV436345 Toaster Oven with Convection Cooking

Just recently got my West Bend Convection Oven and it is wonderful! I previoulsy only had a slice toaster and a regular oven. Well, for 2 people, heating an entire oven for a little pizza or a tuna melt is ridiculous! But this little over is great! It pre-heats quickly (under 10 minutes) and has a great combination of features -- warming food, baking, toasting, even broiling! There is a timer (up to 60min) & toast indicator, as well as just regular "on" settings. It also comes with just about everything you could need -- wire shelves, bake pains, drip pains, pizza sheet and rotisserie spit. The oven is little bulky compared to a slice toaster, but no bigger then a modern microwave. Clean up is a breeze because there is a crumb tray that slides right out. The only drawbacks I have seen are (1) its bulky, (2) its noisier than a regular oven because its a convection oven, and (3) once you open the door it lowers very easily, so you have to keep ahold of it or it will smack onto......
