I have had mine for years now, and never had any trouble with it. It does cook a bit faster then the older models, so you might want to adjust your recipes, and cook times.

It holds a full 6 qts, is digital and sleek looking in the stainless steel.

The feature I like the best is that once your cooking time is done it automatically turns over to the warm feature. ~Very handy!

It is nice enough to leave out on the counter.
...
I've been using this slow cooker for over a year. After trying out several others, this has been the best. I love that the program timer increases by single hours (starting at 4 for low and 2 for high) and it cooks quite evenly. Typically, I'll set it up at 8 am for dinner at 5:30 pm, I have found that I need to reduce the cooking time for chicken if it will stay on the warm function for more than a couple of hours to avoid dryness. I've done everything from stews to beans, it doesn't disappoint! Another recommendation is not to put the lid in the dishwasher with the heated dry function; that made the plastic knob crack but it's an easy $2 fix if you replace it with a ceramic or metal drawer/cabinet pull knob from your local hardware store....

I love the easiness of crock pot cooking, however this crock pot makes it hard! It cooks everything way too fast! Even on low setting! When making a bagged crock pot meal, I have to add double the water and a non stick spray so it wont burn. If making a chicken meal in it, the chicken gets too dry! Using this crock pot, I just can't "leave" it all day, I have to constantly check it!
...
