Walt Disney World, there is so many wonderful exciting things to do here that you just can't do in one vacation. Lets get serious here the place is enormous(It is twice the size of Manhattan). Don't get discouraged though this place has been around since 1971, and I highly doubt it is going anywhere in the next 50 or 100 years, so if you can't accomplish everything that you want in this trip there are many more in the future. Like I said before the place is very big, so my first piece of advice is to pace yourself. There are 4 parks(Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom)and 2 waterparks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), so don't do the parks and waterparks back to back, you will burn yourself out. My suggestion, and I do it every trip, I do a park 1 day and I relax the next and I keep doing it in this pattern because I guarantee you, you will have a more enjoyable trip and you won't be burned out. A Walt Disney World vacation is worth every single penny! Give in to the dream - you won't be dissapointed! Before I had children, I really could have cared less about Disney. I almost resented the commercialization of fairy tales and family fun, but I have done a complete 180! I absolutely love the Disney attitude - dreams do come true if you believe!

Being the mother of three little girls who adore princesses, pink and anything that sparkles, I have been submersed head first into all things Disney. I love that Disney has embraced the family values that seem to be completely missing from MTV, Bratz dolls and Pokemon. Bring on the Mouse!!! Of course, the ultimate family vacation would have to be Disney World in Orlando, Florida. We cut corners the first time - tried to go cheap - and learned from our mistakes. Tried to wing it the second time - not recommended - and wasted time, leaving us with a huge laundry list of attractions and shows we completely missed! ...

My family absolutly LOVES Disney World in Orlando FL. We have been going to Disney for over 20 years and our now grown children still love to go as Disney offers a variety of rides, dining, and entertainment for children of all ages. My family always find the Disney staff polite and more than unaccommodating especially when we need last minute dinner reservations. If you are booking on a budget some of the cheaper hotels do have limited availability for certain offers, but with all of the offers Disney is offering these days, you may be able to afford a nicer hotel than you were thinking of. Also, before you arrive to the parks you can book all of your dining and entertainment times so you know that you are guarantied to eat where you want. For those travelers that are worried about the expense I would recommend traveling closest to the end of August when lines are short and meal plans are often FREE!!! We have defiantly made many family memories at Disney and plan on making...

There is not one thing negative to say about disney worold. I want to go back every year. every employee was friendly. the rides were a blast we traveled with a 10 year old and a 4 year old and there was enough for all ages to enjoy. we only visited magic kingdom but I can not wait to go back and visit hollywood studios as I'm sure It will meet my expectations just as magic kingdom did. the food in the park was a little over priced but it was good and you have to expect this at any theme park. my 4 year old loved the buzz lightyear so much we wrode multiple times. my 10 year old sister like space mountain alot also. the parade was magical although I wished I had an umbrella with us as we waited in the sun for 15 minutes for it to start and than another few moment s while we watched the parade. there was plenty to see and plenty to do and we wish we had more time to be there. when people say you could spend a month discovering disney they are not joking!!!!!! I LOVE DISNEY!

I think everyone needs to go to Disney World at least once in his or her life. Your age truly is irrelavant. There are so many different things to do and so many different places to stay. Personally, I prefer to stay at a Disney value resort. They are clean and completely adequate and I spend very little time in my room while in Disney so I do not see the need to stay somewhere fancy. I do reccomend staying on Disney property though. You can take free buses all around that way. There is even an airport shuttle where they pick up your luggage and deliver it to your hotel room for you. All of the parks are worth visiting. If you get a park hopper pass, you can go on an animal safari ride in the morning at Animal Kingdom, see Cinderella's castle at lunch time in the Magic Kingdom, and end your day with an amazing light and water show called Fantasmic at Disney Studios. Of course you do not want to miss the spectacular dining in Epcots world showcases. The only downsides...

We went to disney land with a great hope thinking that our dreams will come true but got totally disappointed and shattered by seeing the mascots and the guards showing too much racial discrimination. Here are few incidents.

1. In a Jungle parade[animal kingdom], my nephew was standing very eagerly to give hi fi to one of the mascots and the bear mascot was giving hi fi only to white people and not to my nephew. It was embarassing as it broke the heart of my 5 yr old nephew.

2. In dude crush interactive show[magic kingdom], he was raising his hand to interact with dude crush but he was disappointed there too as dude crush was asking questions only to white people.

You should follow one of the following approaches

1. When you collect money at the counter you should ask less money for the brown/black people and more for white as they get more luxury than us inside.

2. If you dont want to follow the first one then pls change your caption to something like this

My family and I just came back from a vacation at Hollywood Studios at Disney World in Orlando, Florida & we had an amazing time. If you have never visited you must visit during the Christmas holiday. We went my birthday and enjoyed it so much. The park is completely decorated with Christmas lights and decor and the best part is the Osborne's Family Christmas Lights display. An entire section of the park is lit up with lights and even lights up and dances to music, one word - AMAZING!

My son asked to spend his 5th Birthday at Disney's Animal Kingdom park. While we were there we also went to their main park. The day was fabulous from begining to end. The employees would take a minute with my son but also talk to my other children. At the end of the day we all felt pampered and throughly happy. We had handicap needs, lots of resting places, temperate stops, and bathrooms large enough to change a child's diaper. We never ran into any dirty restrooms. The restrooms and shops all were large enough to fit a wheelchair easily into and back out of. I will return with my family knowing that our medical needs will be accomadated....

Disney is a great family place. You can find lots of cheaper hotels outside of disney making it more family affordable if needed. There is so much to do in Orlando you won't get bored. We lived in Orlando for 5 years and had passes to all of the various theme parks. One of our favorites was Epcot, the kids really enjoyed it. A great time to visit Disney is at Christmas, make sure you take time and watch the parade, it is really wonderful.

And always remember to bring rain gear, it rains alot in Florida and sometimes you never know when, you don't want to have to purchase the rain ponchos over and over.

Disney World is a great place for the family to go. I have kids at the ages of 7,10,11,and 16 and they all love going to Disney world. It may be expensive but its worth the price. I do recommend going at a time that's not busy though because lines are always extremely long. A lot of people are always there but its really hard to notice anyone's around you with the magnificent scenery. I recommend Disney to everyone....

We have taken our kids here 2X in the last 2 years and we love it. We have learned some cost cutting ideas that make it even cheaper for us to. We take snacks & sandwiches in a small cooler for lunch so that we only have to pay for 1 meal in the park. We also take several bottles of water and then just refill them at water fountains. This place is great for all ages. We also stayed off the resort about 5 miles at a vacation home rental and it was perfect for our big family. It only costs us $500 for 7 nights (VRBO.com). Plus we went to the grocery store and had breakfast there every morning. We didn't have to wait for a monorail or bus to take us somewhere. It was the best vacation ever and perfrect for all ages....

Took my five year old daughter on her first trip to Florida and to see Disney world. It is a magical place. I went when I was in my teens but to see it through my daughter's eyes was so great. We did get lucky because the place was not crowded. The lines were short and sometimes there was no line. The people were nice and there were deals galore all over the place. Oh and of course the weather was so niceeeeeeeeeeeee! I came home and froze. We flew there and the flights were great. Would go again in a heartbeat!!! Oh and even though they are not cheap I would so recommend getting a stroller there. They are the greatest. Now everyone I know said getting throug the ticket line is a pain but we had no problem. We just whenn right on through. Like I said no lines at the rides or eatting. I guess cause of the economy.
