I have been a member since 2005. Very easy to access and use. I would highly recommend Wachovia for a 401k savings program. You are able to change investments daily without any penalties. Current information on investments. Long term and short term losses or gains. Many options to choose from....

THIS COMPANY RELLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO INVEST I WOULD DO IT WITH THEM. THEY SEEM TO KNOW HOW THE MARKET WILL TIP AND TURN, GOOD PREDICTIONS! i recently found out that they were letting companys make fardulant charges on accounts nad not following up and contacting the people or resolveing the problem they now are being taken to court by countless people and looks like thye may not be the best in customer service soon....

Opened acct. w/IRA contributions for 2 years. (*Dec/Jan)

Promoted as "NO FEE" acct.

Within a few months, notified that all accts. w/less than $50K, would be $75/year fee.

BAIT & SWITCH SCAM.

When trying (in vain) to open/fund a brokerage acct. there, they "lost" my in-depth enrollment/risk tolerance forms twice! Once, they were "found" in an associates' desk drawer!

I'd recommend NOT doing brokerage/IRA business here.

While it's an "OK" neighborhood bank, I'll stick with Fidelity for other business...
