I love this car. My best friend purchased a Jetta almost a year before I did and he recommended it. I purchased it in April 2007 and I fell in love with it the moment I sat in the driver's seat. My car is Shadow Blue with Beige Leather interior. It is so comfortable. I love all of the safety features that this car has. Customer Service is excellent. I enjoy taking my car in for service. I can't believe an auto dealership is actually a fun place to hang out. I have definitely recommended this car to several people and will continue to do so....

We average 38 in the city, up to 50 on the highway...well worth the increased cost for diesel. Same maintenance as a standard gasoline vehicle, oil changes cost a bit more though. Overall, very happy with the purchase. It has paid off and with oil at $90 a barrel, it will continue to pay for itself!...

would like to see this car under my tree there are so many other great cars but since 1989 Volkswagen has been a great car company as far as I am concerned - a little pricey for what it is but the amenities this car comes with have gotten better every new model year.

I RECALL THE VW'S OF THE 60'S AND THIS IS A NEW BREED.
THE CAR DRIVES LIKE A DREAM AND GETS GREAT GAS MILEAGE.
THE CAR TAKES CLOVERLEAFS WITH EASE.
IT HAS GREAT 0-60 TIMING WHEN TAKE OFF FROM A STOP.
THE CAR CAN STOP SAFELY AND EVEN ON WET PAVEMENT.
THE EASE OF GETTING A CAR SEAT IN AND OUT OF THE BACK SEAT IS GREAT WITH THE ROOMY BACK SEAT AND 4 DOOR OPTION.
THE CHILD IS ALSO VERY SAFE NESTLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BACK SEAT WHERE THERE IS ROOM FOR 3 ADULTS.
THE CAR MANUFACTURER HAS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION THE REALISTIC HEIGHT OF PEOPLE AND MADE THE BACK SEAT COMFORTABLE FOR TALL PEOPLE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE CONCERNED; YOU WILL HAVE LEG ROOM.
MY LAST CAR (VW BEETLE TURBO) WAS A GREAT CAR BUT LACKED THE COMFORT OF THE LEG ROOM IN THE BACK AND DIFFICULT GETTING THE CAR SEAT IN AND OUT OF THE BACK SEAT.
ALSO, THIS CAR HAS A ROOMY TRUCK THAT ANY MOTHER WOULD LOVE. THE EASE OF PUTTING A STROLLER IN AND OUT WITH PLENTY OF ROOM TO SPARE.
IT EVEN HAS A PULL DOWN HOOK WHERE YOU CAN HANG YOUR GROCERY BAGS.NO......

I absolutely love my 07 Jetta! I previously owned an 01 Jetta for 6 years until it's sad demise after a truck hit me. Since the old Jetta protected me in such a horrible accident, I decided to purchase another Jetta. My new car not only looks sleek, it has a little more gumption in the engine, and lots more room. My Bernese Mountain Dog fits in the backseat without a problem. I would recommend this car to anyone....
