      <description>Products arrived fairly quickly, but heaven forbid you should have to return something, like me. I WILL not use this company again, I will stick with www.wonderlabs.com.

It took 3 emails that were never answered, countless phone calls to their supposed &quot;customer service #&quot; (that just rings a few times then starts to beep), and a disputed claim with paypal to FINALLY get a correct phone number for them. THEN...................... sigh........................ after NOT getting a person on the line for 25 minutes, I left my callback # only to wait and wait and never get called back. A week later I called back AGAIN and I finally got my Return number and address to mail my return item to. We'll see what happens next. Any bets on whether I get my $22 refund?... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About, Vitacost........I have found, overall, shipments to be very slow in leaving the warehouse, and very poor customer service...despite repeated attempts on my part to communicate with these folks, leaving very specific requests to 'ship in stock items and delete out of stock items from my order'..time after time I get the standard generated response of 'backorder items'... this poor attention to the customer is frustrating and maddening...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The price of $4.99 shipping for every order regardless of size or weight is very fair, but the savings is tarnished by the poor customer service and apparent indifference of the employees who are supposedly providing 'customer service' and reading our emails.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>First two orders I placed with VitaCost, I had no problems. Slow shipment, but otherwise fine transactions.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The third order was a different story...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;When you're order gets messed up, no one will help you straighten it out. (Vitacost charged my PayPal account twice and told me &quot;deal with PayPal.) Help is overseas - that should tell us something about this company. Try an e-mail to customer service before you buy - goes to a dead URL. Customer service phone reps don't answer or return a call. Your only hope is apparently the chat, with Shinette, who's pretty unhelpful.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I ignored the negative reviews I've seen around the net, and now I regret it! Don't make the same mistake I did!&lt;br/&gt;... </description>

      <description>I have been ordering my supplements and other health products for some time now on-line. Vitacost are quick and dependable. They have a very user-friendly web-site, which logs previous orders to be able to repeat. They also do auto-ship, which I havn't tried. The delivery can be tracked, but I have never had to do this as the delivery is always so prompt. They have a standard shipping fee, unfortunately no free shipping for big orders though! Overall a great service!... </description>

      <description>Because I am highly allergic to artificial color I ordered some vitamins that, on the website, specified no added color. When they arrived I opened the bottle to see yellow tablets. Uh oh. I looked at the label and saw &quot;artificial color&quot; and &quot;titanium dioxide&quot; which is another name for food dye. I contacted Vita Cost but even though it was their mistake I could only get a refund by returning them at &lt;em&gt;my&lt;/em&gt; expense. Not only would it not be worth the cost, but as a shut-in it would be extremely difficult. I threw these worthless vitamins in the trash and decided that was the last time I would order from Vita Cost. Based strictly on my experience I should give this company one star. But because of the wide range of products, and low shipping, someone who does not have these particular problems would probably find Vita Cost a convenient place to shop.... </description>
