I just had an issue with the Vision Premier Prepaid card. Someone just wipe out my funds on this card!! Their customer service reps are not useful. They told me in order to cancel acct is $15 and to report lost/stolen $5!! Then, they dont know who have ahold to my acct info!! So now, I have to dispute and it takes up to 90-days. This card is not secure and the company dont care!! I recommend nobody to get this card!!!

While convenient the fees associated with the Vision Premier Visa Debit card are ridiculous.

$9.95 start-up fee. Supposedly refundable. I never got it.

$2.95 for every decline.

$,95 for every swipe without your signature or if a PIN is used.

$1.50 just to speak with a CSR.

Want to really save time and money? Go to a check cashing place.

To be very honest... I have had this card for a few years now. I will admit that out of all these type of cards, this one is the easiest to use, but... Customer service is really bad. I have had to call them to fix things on my account that I should not have to call on. They have canceled my wifes card with out reason or request 2 years ago and still can't seem to get her a new card.Our number was stolen at a radio shack pay point, used and after I called Vision to tell them and stop them from paying this over seas place where the charge was made ( it was in pending only ) Reported the card stolen, doing all Vision asked of me, they still paid the over seas charge. I am still fighting them to get it back. They canceled my cards and sent me new ones, and sent them to the wrong place!!! Now, it has been a month since the cards where canceled. I looked at my online bill and they have been charging me weekly charges showing a negitive balance on a card that I don't have and can't even put...
