I am writing this review with respect to an order I placed online to have several bikinis delivered to me in Ireland. I would rate the service as terrible, the bikinis as over-sized and the cost as ridiculous.

My experience ordering the apparel:
Using my boyfriend's credit card as over in Ireland most people do not have credit cards (the majority of people use debit cards - if VS is offering an international service they should recognize the different cards of the countries they service). They would not allow the transaction to go through until they had faxed my boyfriend's bank to confirm his address and received a fax back from the bank...WHAT? This in itself was incredible, I have never heard of this type of thing before and the hilarious thing was, when my boyfriend called his bank to ask had they received the fax...the bank replied NO and asked why VS would have this ridiculous system in place, as the bank manager put it "if we had to reply to faxes every time anyone used their VISA...

I love Victorias secret...shops and online. I am always looking in the new catalogs and online for the new styles and products. Their clothes/shoes/etc. are trendy and classic. They have a huge variety of clothes, shoes, bathing suits, bras, undies and more. You can always find a coupon or coupon code to use ($ off your total, free shipping, free products with purchase, etc). I have never made an online purchase without a coupon code to save or get something free with a purchase. The customer service is also very good. This winter I bought a coat and it was backordered for about a month. Once the month came---it said it was still backordered for another week and a half. I called cutomer service to cancel the order and the CSR gave me a coupon for $25 off my next purchase and also free one-day shipping on the next coat I seleted. This isn't the only time that customer service has exceeded my expectations...just the most recent. I have always encountered friendly, helpful...

Victoria's Secret is one of my very favorite stores. It wasn't too long ago that I signed up for their email and I have been very impressed. They have emailed me coupons for free lip gloss, free underwear. $10 off coupons and even a coupon for $20 off a $20 purchase (I scored 2 bikini tops and a matching bikini bottom and only paid the $6 shipping) I am not much of an online shopper but I have ordered from there 2 times in the last month because of the great promotions that they send out. But they have also sent out a lot of in store only coupons for those of you that dont like to shop online! AWESOME

I am beside myself at the horrible experience I've had with ordering from Victoria's Secret online. In the past 6 weeks I've literally spoken to 15 *different* customer representatives. I'd like to say I'm exaggerating, but I'm not!

My first order, I placed using a promotional code that gave me $75 off an order of $250 or more. One of the dresses was supposed to be a white and purple pattern, but wound up being purple and some awful shade of off-white that just made it look dirty. One of the dresses was beautiful, so I kept that, and then there were two other things that didn't fit. Exchanges should be expected when ordering something online, so I called in to do my exchange over the phone.

I expressed to the customer service representative at least 2 times that I was doing an exchange. She, however, processed it as a completely new order. This means that the items I exchanged for did not go towards my initial order total and so caused me to lose my promotion. I found out later that...

I love the Victoria's Secret website! I am a frequent buyer of their products and I must say that the deals offered online (and general price levels) are so much better than in the store! And quite often you can find a few coupons codes to apply to your order which bring the price down even further! Become a member of the mailing list and you'll get special incentives sent to your inbox! I love their high quality products and well structured website!...

Their website is very easy to navigate. They always have items on sale/clearance. You can also sign up to receive discounts through email. I am getting at least two a week right now....

Once you have the Victoria's Secret credit card, the company will send you coupon offers all the time-and catalogs. If you are shopping for something in particular-like a backless bra, then the coupon offers can really come in handy on those items that do not go on sale. The website is easy to use and clothes are nice.

I love Victorias Secret. They have the best lingerie, cothing, beauty products, and even bedroom accessories. All for an afordable price. I have so many Victoria's Secret products. I shop there all the time. They have the best fitting bras and the cutest underwear. I also love their perfume. Especialy Love Spell. It's From the secret garden collection....

This is probably the only site I really shop at they have such good quality items,I get stuff from there all the time.The quality of there clothing is great I love the tops because they are into longer layering type of tops,the jeans are great not to thin not to thick the length of them might be a little to long for short people but I wear heals with everything so it works out.There fragrances are so nice and sweet smelling and they usually have good deals on alot of there things,you can get coupon codes to recieve free things they reward you for being an angel :-) I can honestly say that I have recieved tons of free items from them that are so cute...

I contacted Victoria's Secret customer service department via their website because I had concerns about my credit card information and security after a visit to their retail stores. I was first told that they weren't able to help me because they weren't part of the retail store division but asked for more contact information so they could pass my inquiry on.

The next contact I had attempted to placate me with some vague references to corrective action but didn't actually answer my questions. I don't care about the corrective actions taken or not, I just want to know that my identity isn't going to be stolen by an unscrupulous employee. I wasn't disappointed in their service like they wrote, showing that no one actually read my email, but was worried about the safety of my personal information.

The third contact, after I had asked a third time about their security policies, told me to contact an 800 number. No one at their online customer service department even attempted to...
