I first got it over 2 years ago with my 2 year contract. Now, with a few scratches here and there, it still works fine. This is amazing to me because I work on a manufacturing concrete floor and drop the thing constantly. Sometimes the parts fly apart on impact but I put it back together and it still works like a champ! The camera does a good job too with its built in zoom and fun effects. It comes with several software picture editing features such as red eye removal, text adding and fun frames. It also comes with a calculator and, one of my favorites, a calendar for appointment reminders. Other features are an alarm clock, world clock and note pad. There is a speaker phone and blue tooth built in but I hate speaker phones and the never used the blue tooth so can't tell you how they work. Battery life is also a plus with the raxzor. With normal use, it last me almost all day long.</p>... My husbands phone is still doing great after a year and a half. My daughters phone freezes up in texting and the camera don't work anymore. My sons phone wont even come on anymore. My phone is still doing great but my son is borrowing it so I am a little worried now. I am a little tossed on this because when we first got the phones my sons had to go in the shop after 2 months because it stopped working. We had bought 4 phones. 2 of them work fine and 2 do not.</p>... It's cute cuz it fits nicely into your back pocket, but it's not so cute when you try to use it. Mine froze up all the time; I had to constantly take out the battery and put it back in to unfreeze it. I thought I just got a damaged phone (thank god for phone insurance) so I sent it in and payed the $50 deductable only to have my new phone do the same damn thing. So I called and complained, they told me to send it in, I wouldn't have to pay the deductable this time...I was hoping they would give me a different kind of phone...Any kind but a razor....but I recieved another piece of crap razor in the mail. So after a month with no phone (still had to pay the damn bill) and a few trips to UPS, I am still without a working phone. It still freezes up in the middle of a text or call, what great technology! It's lightweight, has great tools, such as navigation, and is just the right size. It looks great too, and comes in an array of colors! <br/><br/>It also has great construction. I've dropped it several times, and there's nothing more to show than a very small nick in the paint. Other phones would have taken a fall like that and broken. <br/><br/>One other great feature is battery time. I've gone for over a week without having to charge! <br/><br/>I'd recommend this phone to anyone considering buying. :-)</p>...
