I've had this humidifier since the beginning of the winter season. This is my 3rd model of humidifiers (the last 2 were too much of a pain to keep clean). So far, I have found this one to be great. I keep it next to my bed at night and wake up with far less of a sinus headache than I ever have before. We have forced hot air heating, so I am always very dry and have headaches from it. So far, this model has been wonderful!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I find that in the dead of winter when the heat is constantly on and it's really dry, I have to fill it almost every 2 days. However, the plus side of that, is that the water doesn't sit around for very long and cleaning this is a breeze! I get none of the gooky buildup that I got on the last 2 models.

I like that I can see the steam coming out too, and that I can control how much it lets out at a time. The "warm" air, however, is not "warm" as I was expecting, but when you change it to "cold" air, you can definately......

My husband and I purchased the Venta Sonic VS205 Ultrasonic Humidifier after searching online for the one I thought would be the best for us. We have a pellet stove and I suffer with allergies and the first week we started up the stove I started with a sinus infection. One week after getting the humidifier (and taking medication) the sinus infection was gone. My head has been clear ever since we have gotten the humidifier. I do not have to take pills everyday for headaches and do not wake up every morning with a sinus headache. Our living room is quite big, 17X28 and our bedroom is right off the living room and this humidifier reaches right into the bedroom. When I searched for a humidifier I wanted both a cool and warm mist and this one has both, it also advertised that the fan blows the mist visibly into the room where it instantly evaporates, well part of this is correct. We have laminate floors in the living room and when I first got it home placed it on a table and turned......
