      <description>I bought an L shape sectional which is a 2 piece and it is only a year and a half since I bought it. Now I have bought from them before but I just thought it was my kids that tore the furnature up.So that is why I went back.But my kids are much older and they did nothing to this furnature and it is ripping underneathe the cushings.I know I didnt pay top dollar but still it was not cheapand I called them they said'Your year is up nothing we can do&quot;.I said thats it no more .&lt;br/&gt;So beware the stuff is junk.&lt;br/&gt;... </description>

      <description>They do not stand behind their warranty and the store in Louisville, KY&#160; in Valley Station/ PRP&#160;has very poor customer service and no manners what so ever.&#160; The employees showed no interest in helping me at all and I was purchasing a leather couch and leather loveseat with the intention of purchasing more living room furniture and decorations at a later date.&#160; When I finally walked up to the counter where all of the employess were having a good time and told the manger of my intentions, he looked me over and was rude to me and showed no interest in helping me so I took my business to another VCF store and purchased my items.&#160; Later there was an incident to the couch that was covered under warranty I called customer service.&#160; When they refused to cover it, I read straight off the warranty paper that stated that they covered it and she informed me that that has been changed and is no longer covered.&#160; If you change your warranty stippulations, fine.&#160; But honor the ones that currently...... </description>
