I recently purchased this camera for my cousin who just turned 3 years old. He loved taking photos with a regular camera but we were always worried about him dropping it. The Vtech Kidizoom camera is wonderful!

The camera is a little over 2 megapixels and takes great photos really quickly. My cousin likes to turn the camera off right after he takes a photo (every time!) but it still captures all the photos. It can hold alot of photos but also has the option to add an extra memory card which is nice since the video takes up more space.

One of the fun features that the camera has is that you can add funny hats or noses or even frames to the photos before you take them. You can add a pig nose, or even make it look like the person your are photographing is driving in a car.

The video quality on the camera is nice as well. We took a decent amount of video which you can play back on the camera and hear the sound as well. The camera also comes with A/V cables so you can hook it up to the television...

I bought this V Tech Kidizoom camera for my daughter for Christmas and she really loves it.It is not just a camera though,it also has preloaded games on it and you can also take pictures with different backgrounds and you can take video on it to.I mean the video and pictures are not the best quality,but the camera is only around sixty dollars.The pictures are good for sixty dollars,for a childs camera,not the family camera.(We have a seperate family camera,so who cares.)You can also buy a seperate memory card for it also,but it holds alot of pictures,I think,so I really dont think you need it unless your child takes alot of videos.The camera itself is very durable,it is heavy duty built.It has been dropped quite a few times already with no problems.Another good thing is that it hooks up to your tv and computer and has its own software.Very easy to transfer pictures over.This camera is teaching my child how to take pictures and have fun,by the time she gets old enough,she can get a better...

This is the best gift I ever bought my youngest child. She is very smart and not always easy to buy for. She was 5 years old when I gave her the camera.

This camera comes with 2 face plates, a case, is durable, sold in various colors and comes with many built in features that are easy to use. It comes with a good deal of memory and the pictures are easy (for an adult) to download onto a computer. The camera allows you to take pictures, record short videos, add templetes before taking pictures and play games. The screen is large and it is easy for a child to review and delete pictures while still in the camera memory.

This product exceeded my expectations.

After purchasing this product, I would explore other VTech products.

I got this camera for my sister for the holidays and she loves it and for the price it was well worth the money.Easy for the younger kids to learn how to use.Inexpensive and just an all around great camera if your looking for a camera for a younger person i highly recommend this one....

I bought this camera for my 4 year old son for the holidays.

I got it on sale at Kohl's for about $57, it was originally $70 (which I thought was too expensive for a child's camera)

My son loves it.

It has a double viewfinder which is great for children so they don't have to close one eye to take a photo. It's easy for children to use and they figured out most of the features before I did. Two 5 year olds and my 4 year old found out how to scroll throught the photos and add fun frames and silly hats that are loaded into the camera onto the photos.

You can add and SD card to expand the memory ( I did) but I don't think you need it. The internal memory is more than enough and when you use the SD card as default the photos are slow to load when viewing them.

It takes OK photos, don't expect great quality due to the shutter lag and my childs impatience many photos are blurry.

The camera easily connects to your PC with the included USB connection for downloading photos and there is a pinpoint...

This camera was bought for my 5 yo budding photographer for Christmas. In two days he's taken pictures, videos, played games with it, and has managed to figure out how to download the same to the family computer!

It's very simple to use, with easy directions. The fun features are cute, and enjoyable. The only downside I've found is that it takes 4 AA batteries, and I have had to change them once already, but that's after a full day of nearly continuous use.
