I love everything about this movie. Underworld puts a new twist on the vampire flick. Kate Beckinsale is absolutely amazing in her role. i loved the action and the surprises. I loved the costumes and the weaponry. I think the movie is well written. I don't go to the movies expecting to beleive everything i see on the screen. I go to the movies to escape. i go to the movies for entertainment. Underworld provided both

In an effort to NOT spoil the story, I will attempt to review this movie without giving anything away. If I still do so, I appologize in advance!

The acting is great in this Vampire Lycan fast action 'horror' film. Storyline is pretty good, though I do question a few things at the end. These things only slightly marr the overall effect this movie has for me, though. I still give it 5 stars. I own this one, and watch it once or more times a month. It is definitely one of my favorites in the Vampire genre.

Special effects totally earn full marks as well! The Lycans are perfect, the Vampires look great too.. The deaths look great. Nothing negative to be said at all about the graphics and effects of this one; which says a lot when talking about Vampire or Lycan movies!

To say more I realize will give things away in the movie... since I am wanting to say things about how much I like the interaction between the main characters, etc...

This movie was awesome! It had my two favorite movie characters of all time, vampires and werewolves. The acting was magnificent and the writing was superb. I think they did a great job casting this movie and I can't imagine anyone else playing the roles....

for anyone who loves vampire movies, this one is great. the action scenes are very detailed and they explain the fued between vampires and wairwolves (Lyken) very well, makes it a good movie for all....

Underworld has a really cool concept for a vampire movie. It's not just a gory turn people into blood sucker movie. It actually has some history in it about vampires and lycans and their interactions throughout time. Plus, everyone in it is pretty easy on the eyes.
